Dịch vụ và giá phòng ở khách sạn Raon Apartment & Hotel khá rẻ và rất phù hợp với túi tiền của những du khách ngoại thành như tôi. Sau khi trải qua một đêm tại khách sạn Raon thì tôi nhận thấy rằng dịch vụ ở đây khá tốt và nó làm hài lòng bản thân tôi. Tôi rất cảm ơn!

Giá cực kì tốt, tôi đặt phòng giường đôi có cửa sổ ban công lớn chỉ có gần 300k. Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ. Bên này còn cho check in 24h nữa rất tiện, tôi đến lúc 8h sáng nhận được phòng n***.

All of the employees including housekeeping, reception, public were all welcoming and smiling. Room was spacious equipped with kitchen utensils. If you book a room with balcony you can actually see the beach from up there. I’m not sure I’ll come back in the future but will surely recommend this one.

Great walking location to beach , super friendly staff, nice coffee shop, many small cafes and restaurants nearby with nice variety of both local Vietnamese foods, comfy stay for both short and long term stays, location of hotel in a quiet area away from downtown area

I stayed 9 nights solo and my friend arrived from Singapore and we stayed another 3 nights in the studio room with twin beds. Initially I was on the 6th floor, which has large widows and a lovely view of buildings and lights at night. The reception staff are professional and friendly and very accommodating. They helped me out when I needed to charge my lap top and provided an iron as soon as they could when my friend needed one. This place suited me very well and was exactly what I was looking for.

We stayed in mid September and they immediately asked to hold our passports. We didn't feel comfortable doing this so we had to pay up front (not a problem, but something you should know). We were then taken to a room with no windows, a dirty fridge, no safe and a broken fan. We immediately let them know, and they provided us with a free upgrade, however they made us cancel our booking through ***********. We aren't totally sure, but this gave off the vibe that they didn't want us to leave a review (hence the review here). The follow up room was okay enough for the price that we payed, however, the tiles were broken, the fridge was still dirty, and there was hair left over from the previous occupant still in the shower. There was also a leak going from the main room to the bathroom, so the bathroom floor was constantly damp. The photos are similar to the state of the actual room, however with the interruption of COVID and what seems as general lack of care of the property, you get what you pay for, and the rooms are in need of some desperate tlc. The younger member of staff (with glasses) was very helpful, and we can't really fault him Couldn't help but feel we were given a s*** room because we were awkward and refused to leave our passports though, but this wasn't dealing with him.

Da Nang has always been my favorite place in Vietnam. And this apartment has just been my favorite. Staff were helpful and lovely. So were the people here in Da Nang. Clean and cozy. Feels like home. Great drinks are available with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend it to everyone

The minimalist design of the room was perfect for relaxing. The staff were always polite and helpful. The staff’s warm hospitality and the room’s modern decor made my experience unforgettable. The clean, well-lit rooms made for a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the city.

I enjoyed how easy it was to explore the area from this hotel. The quiet surroundings were a bonus. The minimalist design of the room was perfect for unwinding. The staff were always helpful and polite. I appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, which made it easy to recharge during my trip.
