曼哈頓萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn Manhattan)

Air conditioning unit in room rattled all night. I was unable to fall asleep. Air conditioner didnt get cold either. Green lights on oulets let up ceiling while trying to sleep. Staff is friendly and location is great. Hotel needs to remodel to correct some up keep issues. I stay at this hotel when I'm passing through Manhattan, Kansas. And i can say about every room ive stayed in has had a maintenance issue. Loose tiles in hotel bathrooms.

My husband and I had a nice stay at Fairfield Inn in Manhattan, KS. The room was nice and the beds were quite comfortable. The people at the front desk and in the breakfast area were friendly. It was in a nice part of town. The breakfast was pre-packaged which disappointed us. The shower massage head was very nice - just be careful where it's pointed as there was quite a bit of water on the floor outside the shower stall when I finished showering. We could hear souped-up, loud vehicles during part of the night and early morning.

Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. The air conditioner had a plastic cover over it so that it would blow out instead of up, which was fine... until we went to bed and it rattled so loud it kept us up! It was ridiculous. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and the shower door wouldn't stay shut - so water was all over the floor. There was a "night light" under the desk that was BRIGHT green. It was screwed in, so we had to hang clothes over it to cover it up. Their customer service was not great, either. We went down for breakfast and there were three staff members standing at the front desk complaining, loudly, about how one of their employees was late and not answering her phone. It was so unprofessional! I will not be returning!

Great hotel with a nice view. Beds were very comfortable and the room was well maintained. We were a short distance from the KSU campus and within walking distance to a couple fun attractions. We will definitely stay here again!

Was a decent hotel. The hot tub was lukewarm at best making it a disappointment.

Water pressure was low in shower when you turned the handle to hot. Water was warm at best. Tried calling front desk no answer.

The hotel was really clean, the bathroom/shower room were absolutely spotless. Breakfast food were nice too, couldnt complain!

The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The big draw back was that the heated pool was not at all warm and the hot tub was not any warmer. The pool and hot tub were a total bust. The shower head in the room however was awesome. My advice ask about the hot tub before booking
