服務人員態度很好，尤其是一位中國櫃檯人員，送我們去機場時還在外面等我們確認航廈沒有錯才離開。房間很大設施也很好。只是對面是墓地，早上起床看到時有嚇一跳，但就看各人介不介意。

工作人員在辦理入住時很粗魯,因爲我們不得不等待5分鐘,甚至有人出現在辦公桌前,我們在晚上9點左右辦理入住,所以沒有其他客人在等待,電視畫面不光彩,一切都是紫色的,房間水壺漏水,廁所沒有被栓在地板上,粘在這種硅膠上,所以當你坐在鍋裏移動時,淋浴中的肥皂球童只是掛在牆上的一條薄條,沒有更多的釘子,地毯沒有被適當吸塵,在退房前,小廚房櫃檯有一張紙條,可以清理自己的爛攤子。

Booked for 26.1.23 however hotel booked 23rd - neither they or I picked the mistake till I tried to check in today - no calls from the hotel on 23rd asking where I was - had rooms available tonight but I had to pay another $170 even though I already paid $170 for a room that I never used on the 23rd - manager was rude and unreasonable - yep they made a mistake and booked wrong date and I made a mistake by not checking the booking date however they got $170 out of me for a room I never used - at no stage on the 23rd did they call or email me to ask where I was - poor customer service for sure - we all make mistakes but to stand and tell me that they have rooms avail tonight but I have to pay again is an insult -
