酒店服務人員態度一般，已經不是Holiday inn了，改名了，設施有點老舊，房間有浴缸，洗澡得站在裏面，離市區有點距離，打車大概30歐的樣子

Restauration absolument pas à la hauteur du "standing" de l'hôtel. Attente longue pour se faire servir au restaurant. Personnel d'une manière générale pas vraiment au point, hormis le chef de salle de la restauration très sympathique et conciliant. Machines à café et eau chaude pour le petit déjeuner en panne, attente longue, pain surgelé le dimanche matin, absolument scandaleux pour un prix de plus de 20 €. Pas de facture en français, presque 10 minutes d'attente pour récupérer les cartes de chambre, avec 3 personnes qui font la queue c'est 30 minutes d'attente... Est-ce bien digne des tarifs que vous proposez et de l'image que vous véhiculez ? Chambre très belle, confortable et très propre malgré tout.

Just changed name, no more Holiday Inn. Old hotel, needs reconstruction.

Ok. Outside the hotel is very old. It doesnt give 4-star hotel. It give 2 star. When you step inside it is beautiful. The rooms are old fashioned. Hallway not inviting. My first room was not good but I complained n they give me another room. The desk representative rebecca is rude. I called her rude rebecca to my family. She was mot helpful at all. The manager, Carine, n the front desk supervisor, i think Dilan is my two favorites. Then faka i think for housekeeping did the best job cleaning our room. It was too far from Paris. I would not stay there ever again. Please dont stay there.

I stayed at the hotel last week and was impressed with the room and facilities- the meeting rooms were also great. Staff were warm and welcoming & the highlight was the food- this hotel has a fantastic chef and we enjoyed delicious dishes during our stay. Trying the food is a must! There's also plenty of parking and EV chargers

great hotel and very big rooms, I enjoyed the good French food and was attending a meeting there. especially i enjoyed the full breakfast and an evening drink at the bar. next time i will come with car since the hotel has over 150 car parks of their own. The rooms were very clean and the overall service great.

Great property recently refurbished. Warm welcome from the Night Receptionist on duty. He was also here in the morning when I had breakfast and made sure that I had everything I needed. Thank you for your great customer service and hospitality.

Hotel situato a 15km da Parigi e 8km da versailles . Ottima soluzione per chi si reca in Francia con la famiglia. Ambiente accogliente e pulito, personale cordiale, ottima colazione. Camere spaziose e pulite.

Your Assistant front office Manager Dylon , was very accommodating and has excellent customer relations. Ali khan , the Night auditor was very kind and helpful and made my stay extra special. The reception staff on duty was Lana she is very friendly, helpful and kind and did her utmost to make my stay wonderful. Your restaurant staff Saidon and Stive was very helpful too . Hotel is a total dump. Room rate €180 and at €50 would be the right price. Rooms are old and tired. Cobwebs and spiders in the corner. Smells like someone smoked in here 30 years ago. There is no restaurant so you can walk along the busy road to dreadful pizza shop. On plus side, bed looks clean even if the pillows are cheapest foam ever. Website says it is a doubletree hilton. Shame on hilton for buying this from holiday inn and not updating it. That said, it’s in such a busy road that it would cost a fortune to sound proof. Yes, it’s noisy. And the ac of course does not work. Stay 1 night if you must. But don’t expect a good experience

El Hotel tiene un aspecto exterior, muy feo, seguro por eso no ponen fotos en las páginas web, lo que hace que la primera impresión sea desmotivante, cuando uno entra cambia la impresión y se ve un Hotel moderno y acogedor. No me gustó, que el ascensor no funcionaba, la conexión a Internet en mi habitación fue muy deficiente y me tocaba salirme a la puerta para poder tener señal, pedí una habitación con dos camas Queen y ellos cuando llegué me dijeron que me habían dado un upgrade y lo que hicieron fue darme una sola cama Queen, pero muy cómoda. No es obligación de los hoteles, tener convertidores de corriente para los viajeros americanos como en mi caso para poder tener cargador del celular, pero sería muy buen servicio que lo tuvieran disponible. Para los clientes, solo tenían uno que efectivamente me prestaron. El desayuno bastante completo, muy bueno, la atención fue sumamente buena .

Au demeurant, tout paraît correct pour un hôtel de cette catégorie racheté, à priori, par le groupe Hilton. Parlons de la chambre : Elle est agréable avec une salle de bain bien agencée, climatisation efficace, coffre fort et bouilloire avec thé et café. La literie est absolument confortable. Mes soucis de dos l’attestent. Dommage, le parking gratuit face à l’hôtel étant complet, nous avons été contraints d’utiliser le parking souterrain de l’hôtel, payant lui (15€). Excessif quoique sécurisé. Et mai tenant, voyons où le bât blesse : Le petit-déjeuner est absolument en dessous mais alors très en dessous. Salle mal agencée. Personnel qui n’a pas le « déclic ». Il faut réclamer du beurre. Il n’y a pas de serviette et personne ne s’en aperçoit. Pas de bacon, pas de pain blanc. C’est un comble pour un hôtel qui se classe dans cette catégorie. Bref, ceci aura motivé ma note moyenne car « peut mieux faire » car j’ai un tas d’indices de comparaisons et je puis vous dire que ce petit déjeuner dévalue cet hôtel. A bon entendeur …
