乾淨，整潔，冬天離雪場有點遠

Mi desilusión fue que la fotos no son como en realidad están los cuartos y tengo esta queja principalmente con hoteles. Com Esperaba mucho más lujo dele es en realidad. Una vez pasada la desilusión pues es buen hotel para ir a esquiar. Cerca de la montaña, excelente desayuno, buen servicio cuartos muy simples

Came up here for a quick getaway. It was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool area and we slept great in our comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast is a paid breakfast and it was quite pricey but that wasn’t an issue as there are lots of other dining options nearby. We’ll be back!

It is a great location and the staf was friendly. The atmosphere is dark and dingy. Room old and in need of renovation. For $300+ a night you would think you would get breakfast. $25 pp for breakfast.

Everything was fine except the mattress was not comfortable at all. We tossed and turned all night, then went home after a lukewarm breakfast and slept the day away.

I had booked a king sized bed during a holiday weekend only to have the Hilton put us in a full size bed. When asked to switch the room, the hotel did not take any ownership and blamed it on *******. When I called *******, they blamed the hotel. After much back and forth all I received was $60 off on a room that cost 5x that amount per night. To say I was disappointed is putting it lightly.

Dark… Lobby is nice, rooms are dark and have a strange feel to them. Not awful, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions.

We stayed here for a couple of days for a wedding. The staff was great but the building was somewhat dark and tired.

Súper bien ubicado, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Me gusto mucho. Mi viaje fue a esquiar u la verdad el hotel tiene todo para pasar unos días esquiando en la montaña

Bed was okay and pillows way too soft. Also the shower head had very little pressure and needs to be replaced

Took over 15min to check in. There was no line. The room wasn’t ready so they were stalling. Why not ready at 5pm???
