Arrivate a Palazzo Donna Elisabetta dopo due ore di viaggio in auto, ci hanno accolte Elisabetta e il marito con un calice di Fiano gelato e tarallini pugliesi che abbiamo gustato al tramonto nel giardino. Le camere sono bellissime, tutte diverse, accoglienti, raffinate e curate in ogni dettaglio. Per non parlare delle sale da bagno. La cena si è svolta come in famiglia, nel salottino superiore, con piatti della tradizione. La colazione dolce e salata, con ingredienti di prima qualità e un caffè superlativo, ci ha dato lo sprint necessario per la tappa successiva del viaggio. Da non perdere il pasticciotto alla crema… crea dipendenza! Il soggiorno è stato perfetto ma troppo breve! Tornerò!

exceptionnel ! nous avons passé 5 nuits au Palazzo dans la suite coloniale un excellent séjour avec un accueil remarquable d'Elisabetta et de Paolo, toujours attentionnés, et attentifs au moindre détail le Palazzo a été rénové récemment, et tout a été pensé avec gout les chambres sont magnifiques, la décoration superbe nous avons beaucoup aimé la grande baignoire dans la chambre le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un choix de coppa et de fromages sélectionnés (straciatella, mozzarella, ricotta, ...), et un café et capucinno incomparable le Palazzo est situé au cœur de Manduria, et constitue une véritable oasis de verdure de 4000 m2 avec une très belle piscine. le restaurant devrait ouvrir très prochainement. en attendant, Elisabetta nous a servi un repas aristocratique un soir, qui valait à lui seul le déplacement. Manduria est bien situé, près de la mer, des "maldives" des Pouilles, et est proche de Tarente, Lecce, Brindisi mais aussi Martina Franca, Alberobello et Ostuni. c'était notre premier séjour et nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir

A destination hotel - go to Manduria while in Puglia, to stay in Palazzo Donna Elisabetta. The palace is stunningly beautiful- it has been restored with incredible taste and attention to detail. Wonderful homely Palazzo in Manduria, stunning murals decorating the walls and ceilings, very convenient central location with secure off street parking and the only hotel with lush Green gardens and space. Very friendly staff willing to help and it is owned and run by Donna Elisabetta herself. Delicious modest breakfast and very well designed pool area in the gardens. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings although lack the appointed finesse of a 5* hotel (e.g. no full length mirror or internal telephone) but that doesn’t detract at all from the stay. Highly recommended for the experience in this area.

Beautifully restored palazzo and garden from the 1700’s, each suite outdoes the other. Elisabetta and Paolo are the most gracious hosts and have brought positive energy to this beautiful historic palazzo in the historic center of Manduria. Outside garden and pool area are magical. Not to be missed the wonderful breakfast with local products including best burrata, mozzarella and ricotta. Liked the local specialties in a nearby Trattoria Messapica,

This place is amazing, beautifully restored building with peaceful surroundings, it is a hidden gem, the staff are so friendly and attentive, we stayed here just before our wedding and we could not have picked a better place to relax, highly recommend for a unique and incredible experience.

Simply incredible! If you are looking to totally relax in paradise this is the place for you. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. We stayed in the Colonial suite - highly recommend. The ground are so peaceful and beautifully landscaped. The swimming pool is paradise, but it is the staff that truly make this a memorable experience. They go above and beyond to make your stay special. Elisabetta the owner booked us a massage in the middle of the garden amongst the trees - an experience I will never forget. The breakfast is outstanding. The perfect place to come stay to escape and relax, we will definitely be back.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Elisabetta hat einen ganz besonderen Ort geschaffen. Es ist eine Oase! Die Zimmer sind ein Traum sowie der Pool und der ganze Garten. So viel Liebe zum Detail. Und das Mitten in der Stadt. Wir kommen wieder!
