من أجمل الفنادق الي زرتها

My reservation was for a room with a sea view, with an area of 70 square metres, but in the beginning they gave me a room with a view of the city, and after demanding, insisting and much discussion, they gave me a room with a sea view, with an area not exceeding 40 metres, even though my reservation was for a room of 70 square metres.

Relaxing vibes , neat rooms , good coffee, and friendly front desk staff. We’d definitely stay again.

فندق جميل وهذي المره الثانيه الي اسكن فيه وسوف اكررها من افضل الفنادق الي سكنت فيها حول العالم كل شي ممتاز

مكان مميز بجدارة من ناحية الموقع والخدمات بالاضافة لسعة الغرف.

جميل جدا وخدمة ممتازه وتعامل راقي

المنطقة جميلة، والفندق جديد ونظيف، والغرفة واسعة، والإطلالة رائعة تُغير الجو. كانت تجربة أكثر من رائعة. أشكر الموظفة آلاء على لطفها. للأسف، خدمة التاكسي غالية والأسعار مبالغ فيها.

التجربة كانت جيداً جداً والعاملين في الفندق جداً محترمين وودودين وبما فيهم ( محسن ) كان جداً راقي في تعاملة وسلس .. الغرف واسعة وخدمة صف السيارات سريعة للغاية والدخول والخروج من الفندق سهل .. ويحجزون لك المطاعم ويقدمون لك النصايح .. تجربة ممتعة وسوف اقود باعادتها

اعجبني المكان والاجواء والهدوء ومعاملة الموظفين كانت في غاية الروعة اشكر الموظفين راج وشهزاد وسيف واارسلان والشيف ميدوشا كان تعاملهم راقي والطبخ جميل ، انصح بالزيارة وتجربة الافطار والاجواء كما اود ان اشكر المطرب الذي غنى بعض الاغاني وعزف لنا بآلث العود ولا يحضرني اسمه ، وشكراً للجميع

I stayed at Charthouse Hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations for a 5-star property. While the location and room size were positive, several key issues affected my stay. Pros: • Spacious room with a kitchen (stove, oven, and microwave). • Beautiful location in Bahrain Harbor. • Generous complimentary water bottles. • Friendly, professional, and helpful receptionist. Cons: • Cleanliness Issues: The room had visible rug stains, bedroom mirror had mascara stains, and coffee stains under the coffee machine. The coffee tray had dried milk stains and sugar in it, and the kettle was rusty and unclean. • Amenities: Only one size of worn-out towels was provided. There weren’t enough trash bins, and used tissue rolls were provided, without extras new ones, which reflected a hygiene issue. • Noise and Security: The walls were not soundproof, and I could hear street noise and sounds from other rooms. The elevators lacked security, allowing anyone to access any floor. • Service and Privacy: Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping entered the room and went all the way into the bedroom. • Staff Response: - My bag was delivered to my room over 30 minutes late on the check-in day. When I asked the concierge about the delay, he mentioned they were busy without offering an apology, which felt careless. - When I raised concerns about my room’s cleanliness, the Front Office Manager, Ms. Alaa, offered a room change. Unfortunately, the new room was even dirtier and smelled of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking hotel. No further solutions or compensation were offered. Overall: This was my first visit to Bahrain in 17 years, and the hotel negatively impacted my experience. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unprofessional handling of complaints made my stay uncomfortable. For a 5-star hotel, this was not up to standard.

Location is exllent, view amazing Food was ok the facilities are nice The room was well clean The only issue was the swiming pool I think the staff need to learn that wen they are guest they should moderate how loud the talk you can’t have the life guard and another staff speaking for almost 20 min loud went they are guest around
