Most impressed the staff member who checked me in still remembered my name 3 days later when I’d been no where near reception in the interim. That’s service. Good location, though can be challenging to find if you’re not familiar with the area and maze of roads. Easy walk to Chadstone shopping centre, undercover all the way, so suitable for Melbourne’s fickle weather! Fabulous room service too!

旅館很好，環境也很乾凈，很舒適，附近有兩個火車站（步行10-15分鐘）離monash大學也很近，在火車站附近也有中餐館和超市，停車位也有很多，是出門旅遊，上學暫住的好地方（選的家庭間很寬敞，廁所衛生也好）

驚人的體驗。工作人員非常樂於助人和友好。房間非常適合我們的小家庭。牀真的很舒服,停車是一個加分項。位置優越。我們肯定會回來的!
