L'emplacement est idéal par rapport aux restaurants, magasins, boutiques,... Mais, il est loin du Haram. Il y a une navette mais elle n'est pas direct. Elle dépose au jamarat où il faudra prendre un autre bus payant. Le changement de serviette et le nettoyage n'est pas systématique il faut demander. En plus le nombre de serviettes n'est pas suffisant (une petite et une grande pour deux personnes). La chambre qui nous a été fournie est spacieuse mais trop bouillante vu qu'elle donne sur une avenue très passante et les voitures claconne souvent.

The hotel has deteriorated so much since the last time I have been here. The male receptionist was so arrogant. The Iftar was so poor and too expensive for the quality. It is a shame to see this hotel deteriorating to such level. The shuttle between Haram and hotel frequency is too low than advertised and drops you and far distance from haram and you need to take a bus. Room service: poor Do I recommend it? I don’t think so with the current condition Too poor for the value of money If I am generous: one and half star.
