酒店離哈拉姆乘公共汽車20分鐘。坐車坐立一個航天系統,每次都坐着坐車,每次都送回告。時間表不總是受到尊重,巴士很常被擁,這使體驗相當考驗。我還感到遺的是,酒店沒有提供關於航天器運行的信息。除了在接待處的郵票,在入住時沒有人提及或解釋,我只需要處理,才能瞭解如何運作,存儲地...etc 我發現這很不快。 房間很乾淨,但沒有設備,沒有廚房用品只是一個簡單的。很堅固,不適合任何人。在我住的那段時間裏,熱水幾乎從來都沒有起作用, 這很不幸。酒店離大型高速公路很,我的房間位於路邊,音相當不安,特別是在夜間,車不停,聲音隔離相當弱。總之,質量與價格的關係是正確的,一定要以某些特許權的價格進行。

距離AlHaram坐車10分鐘左右。提供每小時往返AlHaram的班車。接待人員非常熱情。酒店很乾淨,很現代。傢俱很新。房間一般大小,但還可以。洗手間太小了。沒什麼好抱怨的。我強烈推薦這家酒店,肯定會把它作爲我未來在麥加住宿的首選。

Excellent place to stay at Makkah, near Alharam

The hotel is quite decent. Bathroom is a bit small but it's fine. Breakfast is the usual Arab foods e.g hummus, foul etc. which were all delicious, as well as continental pastries, fruit, salad and omlette station. No housekeeping done or replenishing of tea, coffee and water bottles in the room in the three days we've been here so far. Had requested housekeeping with the door sign and directly to staff yesterday but nothing. The bins are full to. I rang housekeeping just for towels now and they came eventually after this call, alhamdu lillah, so ive edited this post to add that last line. We've purchased our own toilet roll now . Shops are within walking distance but not really near.

Good stay in Makkah whilst we visited as a family. Close to Hajj ziyārah sites and only 5 minute drive to Masjid al Haram (when it’s quiet. Reasonably clean though I wasn’t convinced by the IHG cleanliness assurance during these sensitive times. We went for the 2 interconnecting rooms but the hotel had lost the key to the interconnecting door!! It took all night and into dawn before we were relocated into another room with a door that allowed access to each others room... quite important when you have 3 children. Until then, all 5 of us slept in one room for the first night of the 2 nights booked!! Our new room had issues with the door lock sensor.... so a maintenance problem all round. Once the issues were sorted however, everything else was smooth. Decent enough breakfast for European and Arab tastes. Spacious rooms, well decorated. One thing to note... reception staff are excellent - polite, well mannered and want to get things sorted for you. It’s just unfortunate the maintenance staff struggle. I’d recommend on the basis the maintenance issues were a one off issue.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords.
