Very disappointed in the amount of chairs and umbrellas on their very little beach

This has to be the most overrated hotel I have ever experienced. The description of this hotel is simply a lie. It is one of the nastiest hotels you will ever experience. I will say the staff is very friendly but the accommodations and the quality of hotel guest makes this one of the cheapest and worst hotels I have ever experienced. Not to mention the phone didn’t work, the toilet was clogged and the air conditioning didn’t cool. Terrible terrible terrible!!! Guest BEWARE. But if you like free terrible food, this is the place for you.

Overall we had an amazing, relaxing, restorative getaway here, and would come back in an instant. Every meal we had, the servers were attentive and an absolute delight. The food was delicious. The bartenders mix some wonderful cocktails every time. The rooms were large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Maybe it's something about being in a gorgeous location and letting our worries slip away, but we fell asleep and slept well every night. The pools were well maintained, clean, and there were staff cleaning up and keeping the space looking sharp. The only negative was our experience with the front desk. Now, the Front Desk staff were AMAZING and our interactions with them superb. The issue was that it always seemed there was never someone at the front desk. We had gone done to the front a few times, and it was always a wait. We could hear people behind in the office, but it would always take far longer than I'd imagine to come up. The other issue was while they took our bags to delivery to our room, we ended up having to go down to the front desk to get our bags as they weren't up to the room in time to wash up for dinner. Not a major issue, but definitely one that I wouldn't have expected of a resort of this caliber and at this price point. I'd come back again in a heartbeat and deal with that one issue because we enjoyed ourselves so much!

They would not recognize our ******* inline reservation as their reservation person went home before the ******* ‘drop’. Made me wait 2 hours in the lobby until they agreed to rent 2 other rooms for full price on reserve credit card until next day when they finally figured out that they had received the ******* reservation. Needlessly confusing and disappointing after a stressful day including a flight cancellation.

The swim up room was ok, but the water was cold. It wasnt very private from the next door neighbors or everyone walking by. We asked for the room to be decorated for our anniversary and it wasnt. The hotel staff was all very friendly and great. I dont know if the additional cost per night for the adults only is worth the extra 3 choices of restaurant's versus the standard ****** all inclusive stay restaurant's.

Excellent location. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Our second time staying and we will be back again.

It was a wonderful trip. Beautiful views with the beach steps away. All of the staff was wonderful.
