酒店位於馬德里太陽門廣場 離sol地鐵站200米不到 房間不大 但設施齊全 很衞生 前台態度很好 樓下各種餐館和商店 吃飯和購物都很方便 離馬歇爾廣場 馬德里皇宮 普拉多博物館 麗池公園都衹有幾百米 走路就能到 呆了三天意猶未盡 下次來馬德里還會選擇這家酒店 特別是地下室24小時供應咖啡 果汁 水果 小點心 非常驚喜 雖然不供應早餐 每天早上服務員會把麪包和水掛在門把手 拿着到地下室 泡一杯咖啡配麪包也很愜意

I have stayed in many hostels before but at TOC it was the first time I stayed in a shared room ( female only). I was a bit worried as I didn't know what to expect but it turned out great. The hostel is awesome, has friendly staff and is the most modern hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were quite nicely soundproofed as you couldn't hear much from the hallways as it is usual for other hostels. In my 6 bed female room, we had 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers - it was enough. :) I will be coming back, definitely!

Stayed one full week in Madrid and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was recently opened and had a special musical touch to it, located right in the center of Madrid by Plaza Mayor and Sol. Rooms are well appointed spacious, and quality amenities ,beautiful rooftop terrace and even though the hotel has a theatre/concert venue you will not hear much! Many artists usually perform at the famous theater venue in the lobby which adds a fun vibe to the experience . However I really need to highlight the staff especially Maria Garcia one of the managers a true professional and did all she can for me to enjoy this experience, always there to help and assist making sure my experience is top notch. Tania the guest experience manager was extraordinary, knew all the answers to my questions and recommend great restaurants, found the perfect transfers to take me to the football stadium, and more. She is a superstar Also wanted to mention Alvaro front office manager, always smiling and accommodating! Bravo!

Sem dúvidas o melhor hostel em Madri. Vamos lá… O staff é INCRÍVEL, todos são muito gentis e fazem de tudo para você se sentir muito bem recepcionado. São quase concierges, este é o nível do atendimento! Eu fiquei muito feliz com a receptividade e amabilidade deles. Os espaços estavam limpos, todos os dias uma equipe de limpeza faz uma boa “faxina”. Eu sugiro apenas que o staff revise mais vezes ao dia se os quartos tem um cheiro agradável e se está limpo! Se o banheiro está limpo e seco e se tem papel higiênico. Eu não vi ninguém acompanhando esse processo após a equipe ir embora e senti falta as vezes. A cama é MUITO confortável, travesseiro macio, cobertor quentinho e grosso, são roupas de cama de qualidade. Tem cortina que lhe dá privacidade, isso faz MUITA diferença… Na cama também tem tomada, luz individual e uma prateleira para colocar umas coisas para se ter fácil acesso. Embaixo da cama tem um locker INCRÍVEL que é acessado pela a chave do quarto. Cabe uma pessoa lá dentro de tão espaçoso… O quarto feminino de oito camas não é muito espaçoso mas perfeito para dormir e trocar de roupa. O banheiro do quarto, ao tomar banho, molha tudo e é preciso enxugar com uma espécie de rodo. Tem quem o faço, tem quem não… Sugiro fazer uma obra de melhoria ai para um melhor conforto do hóspede. Ainda falando do hostel, o espaço em comum é muito fofo. Você pode fazer amigos… Tem alguns jogos, programações diárias, bebidas para vender… Porém não é um hostel super animado por si só, vai depender da galera que estiver por lá pra “fazer a festa” kkkk. Só deixo uma dica para os dias de inverno; estava muito quente o hostel, fiquem atentos á temperatura dos ambientes! As instalações estão muito novas, tudo muito moderno, colorido, jovial. A localização é IMPECÁVEL, perto de praticamente TODOS os pontos turísticos, ponto de ônibus, estação de metrô. Tem vários restaurantes próximos, mercado e o que mais amei, o palácio real como vizinho, quase um sonho de princesa kkkkk. Eu tenho muita gratidão por ter passado esses dias tão bem instalada, com essa galera massa. Me senti muito segura e acolhida! Obrigada Petit Hostel ❤️

1. 性價比適中，相當於國內快捷型酒店，可能是預訂酒店的時間有些太近了，所以價格挺高，感覺性價比一般。
2. 酒店位於Attorcha阿託查地區，距離地鐵站Mendez Alvato步行可到，在這一站可以直接到達Opera站，即市中心。當然，從酒店開始City Walk也很有趣，半天的時間可以步行遊覽麗池公園，太陽門，主廣場，聖米蓋爾大市場等，時間允許的話，可以來一場City Walk。
3. 預訂的是大床房，房間空間很有限，沒有衣櫃，衹要掛鈎；房間內不提供一次性洗漱用品，吹風機需要提前向前台借用，用完還回去。房間有窗户可以打開，通風挺好。
4. 酒店附近有一家中餐廳永泰，提供港式餐食，做的還不錯，就在去地鐵站的路上可以輕鬆找到，沿着地鐵站直走附件也有Alcampo超市（4月的西班牙一定要狂炫草莓和藍莓，性價比太高），也可以步行前往附近的家樂福Carrefour Express買盒飯回到酒店大堂加熱。大堂提供3台微波爐。大堂的自動販賣機的售價是真的高，不如出去走幾步去超市買，尤其是水。
5. 馬德里公交卡可以直接在地鐵站的自動售票機上購買，卡片2.5歐，首次購買需要充值6歐，可以乘坐10次，進站刷卡，出站不用。

El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

到馬德里的時間比較晚，所以選擇了他們家。
酒店的設施蠻好的，除了沒有免費的瓶裝水，幾乎和國內快捷酒店差不多，連牙刷牙膏都有提供；附近就有兩家中型超市包括家樂福，不遠處還有一家7點就營業的咖啡館，真好；
離地鐵站幾分鐘路程，衹是已經屬於B區，到主要景點還是有一點距離的，但是沒有感覺不方便。
對了，房間外面還有一個陽台。

Viajamos con 40 alumnos de 12 años y el trato de todo el personal ha sido excelente. Las habitaciones y baños son amplias y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy variado y las cenas estupendas. Muy bien ubicado. Felicitamos a todo el personal de recepción, restaurante y limpieza. Repetiremos la experiencia !!!

TTraveler 123recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the magnificent palace-like building, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance that surrounded me.
The hotel's location in the heart of Madrid's historic center is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Many iconic landmarks, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing enthusiasts like me.
The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism.
The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated the little touches that enhanced my stay, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. Offering panoramic views of Madrid's skyline, it provided a breathtaking backdrop for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding while taking in the city's beauty. The on-site restaurant also surpassed my expectations with its delectable cuisine, showcasing a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors.
Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid seamlessly blends historical charm with modern luxury. The preservation of the building's architectural heritage, combined with the impeccable service and attention to detail, creates an unforgettable experience.

One minor inconvenience to note is that the side entrance, whichlling with its ground-level door, is occasionally locked and is designed for easy luggage roll-in. However, this is a small detail in an otherwise comfortable stay. Also, it would be nice to include instructions for the espresso machine in the room for guests.

訪訪客As a Marriott Titanium / Lifetime Platinum Elite Guest, our family [husband, wife and two young daughters] decided to visit Madrid, Spain to start our month-long 2023 summer vacation in Europe. We spent five (5) nights at Westin Palace Madrid using our Bonvoy points in late May / early June 2023. Please see the thirty-eight (38) photos we posted with this review of all aspects of the hotel. Within days after making our five (5) night stay using Marriott Bonvoy points approximately ten (10) months prior to our arrival date, we emailed General Manager, Pablo Flores and advised him of our future stay as well as our special requests, including our request for an Executive Suite, which would comfortably host our family of four. Within hours of our email, we received a thoughtful reply Paloma Hidalgo, Director of Rooms, whom immediately provided us with a complimentary guaranteed upgrade to an Executive Suite and further, Ms. Hidalgo readily granted all of our other special requests. The prompt response did not come as a surprise to us given how active the management of this property is in reading and promptly replying to past guests on Trip Advisor as well as the Marriott Bonvoy website, which is but a mere sign of management’s commitment to exemplary customer service. Not surprisingly, we were overjoyed with such a response and really looked forward to our future stay at The Westin Palace Madrid. This gorgeous historic hotel is magnificently located in Madrid overlooking the Neptune Fountain and less than a three minute walk to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, less than a five minute walk to the Prado Museum and less than a ten minute walk to the Reina Sofia Museum. It is also extremely close to Retiro Park and is within an easy 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Gran Via as well as many bars, restaurant, trendy cafés, market and other cultural attractions. You can easily walk everywhere throughout the entire city but public transportation options abound in close proximity to the hotel as well. Our initial visit to the Westin Palace Madrid did not disappoint, especially when the hotel accommodated our extremely early check-in (before 9:00 am). The check-in process with Ms. Hidalgo, Estefanía Martinez, Front Office Assistant Manager and Juan at the reception desk was a breeze. Further, Ms. Martinez was kind enough to personally escort us to our suite and show us all of the features and amenities of same. This was very thoughtful on the part of Ms. Martinez and very much appreciated. Throughout our entire five (5) night stay, Ms. Hidalgo and Ms. Martinez were especially helpful and friendly. 訪訪客地點很好，早餐很美味，門口就有一家星巴克，很不錯。步行兩分鐘即可到達 Gran Via 街，在那裡您可以找到您可能需要的任何東西。工作人員很有禮貌，房間乾淨而且非常安靜，至少在 5 樓是這樣:) 總的來說會推薦並再次回來。感謝馬德里！

TTianxingzhejiushiwo前台接待熱情友好，房間設施基本完善。挺乾淨和安靜的環境，離開地鐵有點兒遠，建議可以打車出去。邊上就有兩家餐廳。

訪訪客我們住了一個星期,真的很喜歡。特別乾淨,非常友好和細心的工作人員,樓下酒吧區和屋頂酒吧的氣氛很好,早餐很好,房間很舒適,設備齊全。一開始不太確定這個地區,但我們很快就覺得很舒服,在旅遊小道附近發現了一些很棒的酒吧和餐館步行到市中心、拉拉丁區、埃爾拉斯特羅、公園(埃爾雷蒂羅)、藝術畫廊和地鐵/火車連接的絕佳位置。喜歡馬德里。

訪訪客Everything was excellent. Beautiful hotel at a premium location, right in the city center but on a quiet square. The room and and the beds were super comfortable. Just beware to choose a two-single beds room, which are together, instead of a double bed, which is smaller and so is the bedroom. I don't understand why you pay the same price for a smaller bedroom that overlooks the inner courtyard, but the bigger room that we got was fantastic. Breakfast was also really good, a lot of choices and very convenient times.

訪訪客Premetto che ha parte la posizione centrale dell'appartamento come ho scritto sopra unico aspetto positivo, faccio una breve cronistoria dell'accaduto ossia dei disservizi subiti, che oltre al problema iniziale del ritardo della consegna delle chiavi ( siamo stati un’ora e mezzo sotto la pioggia) …per questo ….ed abbiamo mandato tantissimi messaggi all'ufficio di riferimento per avere le chiavi all'orario pianificato sulla prenotazione ….e poi dell’acqua calda che non usciva ( una persona di 75 anni si è dovuta fare la doccia fredda e si è presa un forte raffreddore) e per questo ha dovuto acquistare uno sciroppo e delle pasticche per il mal di gola (totale di 16 euro abbiamo lo scontrino per provarlo) poi quando la struttura ha mandato l’idraulico per la riparazione del guasto questo idraulico ha lasciato la porta senza chiuderla a chiave come noi l’avevamo lasciata, facendoci anche rischiare un furto dentro l’appartamento, inoltre abbiamo letto nei commenti sia di Booking.com che di Tripadvisor che la struttura a tutti gli altri clienti comprendeva nel prezzo della prenotazione sia la colazione sia dell’acqua e bibite gratuite nel frigo (come ripeto si può leggere nelle recensioni precedenti) mentre a noi nulla è stato compreso…come mai?..ci sono trattamenti di serie A .. e di serie B Comunque per tutti questi disservizi nonostante avessimo richiesto un rimborso alla struttura nulla è stato fatto per fortuna che Booking è l'unico interlocutore sensibile ai disservizi accadutoci e per questo faccio un grande ringraziamento invece consiglio vivamente a chi volesse prenotare in questa struttura di fare molta attenzione e stare attenti che poi se si hanno dei disservizi restano sordi a qualsiasi legittima richiesta del cliente, cosa che dovrebbe essere prioritaria nella gestione di strutture turistiche

房間非常基本,我們的房間有一個破水槽,裏面有3倍的裂縫,但確實有乾淨的牀單和毛巾, shwer很熱....aircon很好,小廚房還可以。?沒有水壺,所以用了一個鍋。檢查我們的男性工作人員很粗魯,不愉快。顯然,這個地方的所有房間都...###”最近翻新了嗎??🤣🤣 “###差的肥皂分配器1壞了😅😅....***。“想綠色洗洗液換肥皂”***和最便宜的衛生卷....我們在這裏(我們128人蔘加安德烈裏厄音樂會)....3x教練。.總共在這和姐妹的地方/酒店Genova。我的/our早餐很差,你必須去前台買一張“早餐票🤣”然後離開酒店去隔壁的tapas酒吧??....那都是什麼abou?早餐顯然5歐元。.1xcoffee,1 x果汁和1x交叉或1x tostada😂真的是笑話😣😂😂....酒店沒有酒吧?更像一個旅社真的...不是上帝物有所值...asvwe在一個團體包裏面,很難計算出我們2月8日至11日的住宿費用2022年?下週的費用約爲每晚67-75歐元.....總而言之不是一個快樂的人,如果我們獨立鑄造,就不會預訂。我會再住這裏/推薦嗎?地獄裏不是一個希望。
