bastante accesible, personal muy amable

Beds were comfy but STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE! The property smelled HORRIBLE! There was a HUGE leak in tthe ceiling in the hallway

Good for one night but no longer than that. Elevator needed 2 tries to make it up to 2nd, started using the stairs. Slow moving drains in the tub and dated decor overall. You can tell that they are cutting costs when the ice machine is unplugged on my floor.

Property could use an update but the room was clean and nice. No microwave or waters in the room, but overall was good. I would stay here again.

Bathroom not clean dirty socks left in bathroom. Moving tile on floor in bathroom all most fall on the floor in the bathroom. Room not so clean.

Loved the staircase that came down from upstairs into the middle of the lobby. Was very nice and gave it a real "home" feel. All staff very friendly and courteous. Wish the ice machine on the second floor would have been working as well as the candy / snack machine near the pool...was disappointed that it wasn't. Would be nice to have a guide by the TV for Channel selections. Excellent breakfast choices and always full for all who would partake. Wish there was a lighted sign on corner of Capital Drive and Highland Ave... would have made turning in there a little easier...Maybe you can work with the city on that. Some of the light bulbs in the room lamps need dusting & one needs replacing. Nice & quiet heating unit in room. Like the every 3rd day room refresh. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel has declined Significantly. The carpet in the hallways are old .. only one working ice machine. their is no daily maid services the walls are paper thin last but not least the pillows and bed were the WORST..I checked out and booked at the Drury in Beechwood for the remainder of my stay in Cleveland.

I am very disappointed at how the room look. It needs some upgrading. I wind up being in a room with the toilet being backed up, I request for staff to help fix the problem. I was given a plunger at the door and was told to fix it myself! I'm a guess. Not a staff member and I expect better service. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Woken all through the night with elephants upstairs and vacuuming outside our door at 7am. You can hear anything and everything, including unprofessional conversations from the staff during breakfast. Wont be back

I usually stay here when meeting family at a halfway point and it’s always been a great stay for a solid price. Water pressure is like a firehose, rooms are clean, parking lot is well lit and safe and right off the Ohio turnpike. Would recommend.

Stopped by for a night on a long drive. It's a clean, simple place with very friendly staff. It's also a 10 minute drive from a national park with beautiful waterfalls, so that's fun!

The inn is a bit outdated. It kind of felt like visiting grandma the place is clean but needs some updated renovations.

Friendly staff, convenient location, a little aged facility but generally clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple and good.
