This ground-level studio near the corner of 12th and Main is packed with modern amenities; a queen bed, 58" Roku TV, settee, mini fridge, microwave, bathroom, walk-in closet, blackout drapes, and sound deafening interior storm windows. Approx. 10 min from all local colleges.Here's what you can expect in Studio 114:A comfortable queen bed with layers of bedding. Next to the bed, you'll find reading lamps and a sound machine for our light sleepers.Guests can view the 58" Roku TV from a bed, recliner, or settee/couch. A Keurig with K-cups provides morning coffee. A mini-fridge, microwave, and dish set enable guests to make and store food/leftovers which guests can enjoy at the comfortable dining table for two.Near the bed is the private full bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, pedestal sink, and all the amenities a tired traveler might need.A large closet and dresser provide clothes and suitcase storage. A Mini split ductless air unit with a remote keeps the studio cool in the summer and warm in the winter.Please note that only guests who have completed the registration process are allowed to enter the property.
