This location was, shockingly, the worst hotel stay ever. I am a Bonvoy Marriott member, but we were looking for a full kitchen and indoor pool; this location had both. SO against my better judgment, we booked here. When we checked in, they put us in the wrong room type; we paid for a suite and were given a standard room. So we had to make the front desk aware of the mix-up and moved to our second room. I unpacked and ordered groceries because we were there for ten days. Shortly after unpacking, we came across ants, then the AC wasn't working, and the temperatures were in the high 90s. The dishwasher did not work. The bedroom door squeaked severe, and all the tv remotes were backless. This was a surreal experience. Maintenance was gone for the weekend, so we dealt with this horror until Monday; he corrected all issues and sprayed the room. Later that night, the squeak returned, not a deal breaker; he provided liquid jet dry rinse for the dishwasher because the broken detergent door. The following da, I woke up to my laptop and folders infested with ants; We were moved to a third room. Things seemed better until we returned to the hotel late Sunday night to find the maintenance man in our room standing on the back of the couch with his boots on, saying he was fixing the smoke detector; very unsettling. Why was there no sign on my door? I suppose Marriott spoiled us. Terrible STAY!! Oh, and the manager, Michelle offered us $20 per night for the inconvenience. AWFUL Hilton stay!
