BE AWARE: they told me at checkout yesterday that I’d get my $50 deposit back by the evening. Then they said in 3 days. Now they’re saying in 5 days. Still showing that I was charged on my credit card app… So we’ll see if I get that back! About our stay: If you’re brave and on a budget, you’ll be fine here. But if you’re big on cleanliness and safety then skip this location. Random crap on the carpet. Shower handles leak all over the floor, and there’s rust all over the ceiling and stuff shoved into gaps to prevent leaks. The door isn’t secure at all, and the latch chain could just be ripped off if someone pushed hard on the door. Blood stains (or at least what appeared to be) on the curtain, which also had a massive rip in it. PROS: no bedbugs and we definitely felt safe there. If in a pinch, we’d stay again because it was cheap (IF I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK, that is. Otherwise it’s not cheap) People at the hotel were friendly, I just hope they’re not lying about giving my deposit back 😂 Breakfast was cereals, breads, gravy, eggs and sausage, and a waffle maker. Nothing seemed fresh, we didn’t really eat much. Again, if you want cheap, it’s safe enough and does the job. If you want a refreshing stay, look elsewhere.

Average hotel, but you get what you pay for. Attended an event at Liberty University, and this hotel was close by and half the price of other hotels near the school. It’s an old classic-style motel. The room had a hint of cigarette smoke, and had a water leak under the sink onto the carpet. Breakfast was included, but had a less than usual variety. Probably would not stay here again.

In need of repairs!!! Bathroom walls pulling away from tub looks like water damage. Mattress to small for bed frame. Smelled of pot! Curtains off holder so didn’t close all the way Staff polite and helpful Room was clean

We first arrived at our room a very bad smell is in the air. The toilet bowl would not flush and the phone did not work. We were move to another room. In this room, the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it. The floors were not mopped, and our visit was very poor. At that point I requested to speak with manager. I was told he was not available. Not a great location.

I really do like everything about it but at the end of my stay I've stayed there about 4 times since Christmas and every time it's great until I have to wait about a month or 2 at least to get my security deposit and really I have yet to see that it was ever giving back so I won't be going there any more sorry other than that it was great

While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room. It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight. Also, very limited options for breakfast. Good luck!!
