羅伊斯利旅館(Roesli Guest House)

Chambres vieillottes. Moquette d'un autre âge ni propre ni sale. Salle de douche des années '60. Juste un "bonjour" avec sourire quand même à la réception de l'hôtel Baslertor dont dépend ce dortoir. Pour 200.-/nui, c'est du vol et en plus : une bouteille d'eau d'une valeur de 0.50CHF notée à CHF 5.-. Les lits sont tout droit sortis d'une déchetterie ! Pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur de plafond digne des années '50. J'appelle cela un marchand de sommeil. L'emplacement est en revanche idéal : proche d'un parking couvert et du centre et du bord de la Reuss et du vieux pont de Lucerne. Mais cet hôtel fait honte à l'hôtellerie suisse, franchement !

An old guesthouse with a lot of flawns. Broken blinds at the windows, small dirty bathroom. It might be in the middle of the old town, but that it maybe the only good point about it. Not a guesthouse to visit again.

Bonne situation. Malheureusement bruyant dans l’immeuble à cause d’autres résidents qui n’ont aucun respect pour le sommeil des autres.

The location was excellent and as you can see many aspects were fine. That is why it was disappointing to be charged SF5 for a small battle of water, quite unnecessary the same water only 2.40SF at Zurich airport.

The reception is basically across the street from the property, no problem at all. The location is perfect, right on the main waterfront area. They let us check in early and leave our luggage to explore on check out day, we appreciate that. Power outlets could be found under the built in end tables. Shower actually fully closed, this seems uncommon in europe. The only downsides: There was a large woden beam at a 45 degree angle near the 3rd bed, and my daughter bumped her head on it twice, once quite badly. No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Had a tv but no channels or streaming services. 😕 Overall very happy w the stay

It was convenient in its location, but the celing fan was wobbly and unreliable. Also, the top right portion of the bed sheet had a ripped slash. If you want convenient and within walking distance of the sites, it will suit your needs. We really enjoyed Lucerne, so this was hotel suited our needs.

They upgrade us to stay at opposite hotel. Very spacious room facing the street. Check in and check out process were smooth. They allow us to store luggage because we came earlier than check-in time. Location 5-10min walk to main station. The rosli guest house don't have lift so not reccomended if you have big luggage.

Great location! Within walking distance of all the sites of the city. Parking garage close

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación. No tiene personal en recepción, tienes que ir a un hotel enfrente, la chica nada amable, no tiene aparcamiento. Las instalaciones muy anticuadas, se escuchaban todos los ruidos al subir escaleras que crujían. Pero lo peor de todo: no hemos tenido agua caliente durante toda nuestra estancia!!! El wifi iba bien.
