琉森Grand Casino Luzern附近住宿

Large stately hotel. the hotel also has residences which means less hotel guests and traffic (in a good way). i generally look for hotels with pools and saunas attached and the pool area has was beautiful was outdoor patio with view of alps and lakes. Lockers, robes and slippers provided. i had room #205 which had peekaboo view of lake and mainly a rooftop, I suspect City View rooms would be noisy with busy road in front. book lake view if possible. the front staff was lovely and very helpful. They were very accommodating in trying to sort out my room. I could have been made to move after the 1st night but to their credit - saw it was easier to keep me in the same room. restaurant and bar with outdoor seating looking out towards lake and promenade. Heavenly!

We stayed in both the main hotel and in the guesthouse across the alley and were quite satisfied if both facilities knowing they been renovated within the last year. The main hotel is right around the corner from Zürich HB the rooms feature a nice private bath (new, big & clean) and nice modern styling. The guesthouse as new and stylish as hotels go, but the modular bath/shower unit with its semi-transparent blue glass leaves a lot to be desired when everyone in the room knows what your doing on toilet (very little privacy). We luckily are prepared and carry large binder clips and clipped a bath towel across the glass during our stay. The staff are amazing and extremely cordial. Free coffee/tea is offered 24/7 in the main hotel and on each floor. Guest house residents must go back across the alley to the main lobby. Day tour buses are right across the street for easy access. We would stay again definitely.

Dear EMA House Team (1 Nordstrasse Zurich) I have been staying with you on and off since May 2023. I cant rate you high enough, 5 Stars don't do justice. You are a fantastic team who have accommodated all my plan changes, even when it was at a short notice due to flight cancellations etc. The place is spotless and much better than any hotel in Central Zurich. I don't even think about looking for any other place in the city. I always feel very welcome when I arrive even when it was late at night. The suites are modern, clean, specious and very comfortable. This is a very clean property. The staff was amazing and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. The Restaurant and Bar are very inviting and the food was good. The only thing I might say is that it was very warm in our room and we could not get it to cool down which made it hard to sleep, but in all a great property.

Hotel in buona posizione per il centro e ben servito da mezzi pubblici. La fermata del tram si trova proprio davanti l’hotel. Il personale è molto cordiale e la pulizia delle camere così come il confort sono ottimi. La colazione anche è buona.

酒店位於一個安靜的區域。周圍有銀行、咖啡館和餐廳,有吃飯的地方。商店也,都是可用的步行。到機場或等等。火車站開30分鐘。房間小但舒適。不利的-沒有很多衛生套。酒店值得一筆錢!

商務出差，酒店門口有公交站台，離oerlikon火車站很近，11路電車可以去市區，交通非常便利。酒店很温馨，房間牆紙是草綠色的，讓人看着非常舒服。前台小哥和餐廳工作人員都很熱情。下次來蘇黎世還住這裏～～～
