Comfortable quiet room, at the higher end of price range but delivered by providing friendly service and quality sleep. I was on a long travel for work and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and amazing hot shower. It did take some time to warm up, but the notice explains the reason for this and once the heat comes it was perfect. I tried the cafe and room service and both were perfectly adequate. Good to have a bit of time as sometimes the cafe staff seem quite busy. One tip would be to use the local ride-app (basically an Uber) that will provide quality service for much more reasonable price.

You cannot advertise as a hotel then fail to provide hot water. Load shedding aside, I have never had an issue with this at other hotels in Lusaka which 'make a plan'. After being told a refund would be forthcoming, this offer was withdrawn at checkout, which was disingenuous at best.

Best hotel in lusaka!! Enjoyed a wonderful night in the hotel with my girlfriend. The staff was really helpful and caring arranged us a covid test in our room even though the company they mainly use was not able to give our results in time since we had a early flight in the morning and we had a late check in they arranged us another company which let us not miss our flight. The room was super clean and modern. There is a bar/restaurant at the roof floor and a gym thats open 24 hours a day. The food was impressive and basically every detail about the hotel amazed us after struggling to reach lusaka from mazabuka.
