Parking can be paid at the hotel, but received two tickets anyway - solved by the hotel after we had left. Caused frustration and time to spend calling the parking company, talking with the reception etc. The sheets in one of our rooms did not seem to have been changed after last guest, as there were hair found between the sheets. Reception contacted and they made sure to get the sheets changed.

First, the location is excellent (apart from the noise), and I can see how it fills a need for a temporary long-term stay in Lund, which is a small town and likely to have limited options for people who need a temporary medium- to long-term stay option. Also, the location is really perfect. You can walk anywhere and the supermarket is a block away. Bizarrely, however, in such a quiet town with minimal car traffic, the street it’s on is incredibly noisy. There seemed to be trucks either idling outside or backing up (with the beep, beep, beep) all day. There were angrily beeping horns and children screaming, it was strange. That’s not in the control of the aparthotel, but other things are. There was no decor, nothing on the walls in either the apartment or the halls and the walls are painted an odd dark green color. It feels depressing. The motion sensor lights in the hallways often don’t activate, so you are often walking down a dark windowless hallway using your phone to see, even in the middle of the day. There was a permanent low key rotting garbage smell. There were silverfish in the bathroom. One washing machine out of two was broken, with no sign warning of that. It filled with water and filled and emptied over and over. That’s all it did. It had apparently been like that for a long time. And it was dirty. How is a washing machine dirty? And the garbage room, where you have to bring your garbage and sort your recycling, well, don’t go in there without closed shoes on. It’s disgusting, with many creepy crawlies. It’s the second worst one I have ever seen. There seems to be no effort to keep it clean or tidy. Things were also missing or broken in the apartment - parts of the refrigerator, a lamp cover. Oh, and the bathroom had a lot of black mildew on the grout. The few times I saw someone who worked there, they were very nice, but there are usually no staff on premises. In sum, the aparthotel is in a great location and provides a needed service, but they could do much, much better. I left early. There is an inexpensive hotel next door. It’s a lot nicer.

我們在Hotell北歐鏈接酒店住了3天,酒店位於隆德市中心,離Mårtenstorget很近,其他許多景點都在步行距離之內。酒店後面有停車場,可以直接進入(在二樓),還有電梯。24小時收費190克朗。樂於助人和高效的工作人員。我們的房間有一個小陽台,一個帶冰箱和微型的迷你廚房,它很乾淨,安靜,牀很舒服。房間有遮光窗簾和空調。浴室大小適中,有所有通常的設施。我覺得需要靠近鏡子的一個小架子,用來放馬桶袋、化妝等。有互補的豆腐咖啡、茶水和WiFi。但是沒有廚房的手巾/茶巾。我們發現的問題是早餐區很小,狹窄的用餐區排起了長隊,人很多。考慮到我們正處於 Covid 疫情,這確實需要解決。我們嘗試在9點10分之後吃早餐,以避免排隊,但這沒什麼區別。我們在外面吃,但得到實際食物仍然非常擁擠。清潔人員不戴一次性手套或經常使用洗手液,我從來沒見過工作人員這樣做。爲什麼每天都要打掃房間,因爲有感染的風險?我以前在北歐隆德住過,我會再住在這裏,因爲我喜歡這個位置,但是我會不吃早餐,直到這個 Covid 疫情結束。

We were really looking forward to celebrating a birthday lunch at this hotel. For us, coming all the way from South Africa, this is a rare treat. To say our experience was underwhelming would be an understatement. Service was poor to non-existent. After our waiter (Eddie) brought us our drinks (one variety of Sauvignon Blanc for SEK 115 which was about the cheapest, nastiest wine I’ve ever drunk) we never saw him again. We flagged down someone who looked like a waiter or host (thin woman with a blonde ponytail) who seemed quite annoyed when we requested a bread basket, some side plates to eat it on and drinking glasses for water. There were none on the table. She seemed most put out that she was being asked to do something. The famous prawn sandwich which costs a small fortune is passable, at best. Half a slice of white bread, some mayonnaise, three pieces of boiled egg, a generous helping of prawns and lettuce. That’s it. I would make a better one at home. It tasted fine and everything was fresh but those prices don’t begin to justify such shameless mediocrity. My daughter ordered the potato main with hazelnuts and capers. This very expensive dish comprised a single, overcooked, unappetisingly grey baby potato cut into tiny segments and covered in mayonnaise and butter. Luckily the bread was nice (though not warm) and that was her lunch. The soft serve dessert is just that, with a tiny swirl of caramel sauce. Nobody came back to enquire if we needed more drinks or if we were enjoying our food. Eddie needs training. The thin girl needs a personality and to be taught that it’s okay to smile and be polite to guests when they make a simple request. For a hotel of this calibre such poor service and meh food is unacceptable. They are riding on their reputation which will become harder to maintain unless they dramatically up their game. Disappointing experience.

我失望有幾個原因。首先,浴室聞起來最初是因爲我懷疑排水溝裏水很乾。房間令人不舒服,溫暖,街道噪音大。凌晨1點我終於可以打開窗戶讓一些涼風進來,但之後在5.30am早上6點,街道清潔工帶着響亮的機器,後面跟着垃圾收集器。親愛的酒店經理,您會認爲城市可以找到更合適的時間去做這件事。最後的早餐是最小的。一個帶奶酪的包子,1/2杯酸奶,還有壞咖啡。橙汁很好,牛角麪包也不錯。2018年7月我住在這裏,因爲我記得房間不錯,位置好,價格合理。如果早餐不是那麼差,如果我住的是安靜的房間,我可能會給這家酒店更好的評級。

我們一家5口在從德國到瑞典的公路旅行中住了一晚。我們正在爲我兒子的生日辦理登機手續。我提前給酒店發郵件,詢問他們是否可以爲他的生日做任何事情。他們很樂意爲所有孩子在入住期間(夏季促銷)的禮品袋添加一些額外的食物和糖果。我的兒子很高興,當他們問生日男孩是誰在辦理入住時,給了他一個裝滿玩具和禮物的袋子,我的其他兩個孩子也很高興被包括在內。這是酒店的客戶服務,是經過漫長的一天旅行後我們孩子的亮點。我們4樓的家庭房很寬敞,我們5個人都有牀。淋浴的水壓也很好。我們不得不提前預訂早餐,所以我們在早上9點就坐了最後一個槽。餐廳很忙,可能早上9點訂的人太多了?早餐選擇不錯,只是錯過了一些新鮮水果。

If room pricing remains competitive Car parking expensive considering hotel location out of town. Using phone app easypark is better as you can start and stop parking as you move about. 選擇這家酒店是因爲我需要在大學附近。2019年9月/10月總共入住3次。在“常規客房”中兩次(兩晚)和在俱樂部客房中一次(5晚)的延長住宿。從之前的點評中我瞭解到酒店不值4(!!)星,但是對於相對昂貴的價格來說太差了,我完全不知道。這棟樓是典型的出租物業,從60s.穿過薄薄的牆壁很吵。房間用舊傢俱和裝飾裝修的很破舊。早餐是災難。不能喝的粉咖啡。各種東西都陰森森的。地下室的健身房大概7平米,裏面有一輛舊自行車。由於所有東西都這麼破舊,清潔很難判斷。但是浴室的地板上有銀魚。儲藏室的燈泡壞了。借出的自行車也同樣破舊,前後都沒有燈,也沒有反光器。最讓我困擾的:在我前兩次入住一個普通房間期間,我參加了一個晚上的自助餐,我從未被告知。上次入住我住的是俱樂部房(沒有更好的標準,只是面積稍大一點),吃了向所有客人開放的晚間自助餐。晚餐時,一位工作人員走過來告訴我要付餐費。她甚至沒有問我住哪間房或我的名字是什麼,他們是一種令人討厭的感覺。後來發現,酒店最貴的房間不包括夜餐(!?)。非常奇怪。。還有一件很奇怪的事情,我在酒吧買了啤酒,把它帶到我的房間,酒吧服務員說她必須跟我到房間去,以確保我不要出酒店WIFI不是全天都在工作,特別不在離前台很遠的會所。我跟前台說wifi有問題的時候他們說應該重啓一下。。。之後就沒好點了有些員工很好,但大部分人說話不恰當,接觸時很奇怪。我回不去了。

The B&B is located a few km outside of the city on the countryside. They offer flexibility to it's guests (arrival time, use of kitchen) and parking space in front of the premises. Breakfast served as buffet included different kinds of cheese, eggs, bacon, some meat, different kinds of cereals and much more - certainly enough choice for everyone. When the weather allows you can have the breakfast even outside. The room itself was not very spacious, but it had an en-suite bathroom and offered everything needed. We only met the hosts in the morning at breakfast time, but that didn't bother us as they were very friendly.

First, the location is excellent (apart from the noise), and I can see how it fills a need for a temporary long-term stay in Lund, which is a small town and likely to have limited options for people who need a temporary medium- to long-term stay option. Also, the location is really perfect. You can walk anywhere and the supermarket is a block away. Bizarrely, however, in such a quiet town with minimal car traffic, the street it’s on is incredibly noisy. There seemed to be trucks either idling outside or backing up (with the beep, beep, beep) all day. There were angrily beeping horns and children screaming, it was strange. That’s not in the control of the aparthotel, but other things are. There was no decor, nothing on the walls in either the apartment or the halls and the walls are painted an odd dark green color. It feels depressing. The motion sensor lights in the hallways often don’t activate, so you are often walking down a dark windowless hallway using your phone to see, even in the middle of the day. There was a permanent low key rotting garbage smell. There were silverfish in the bathroom. One washing machine out of two was broken, with no sign warning of that. It filled with water and filled and emptied over and over. That’s all it did. It had apparently been like that for a long time. And it was dirty. How is a washing machine dirty? And the garbage room, where you have to bring your garbage and sort your recycling, well, don’t go in there without closed shoes on. It’s disgusting, with many creepy crawlies. It’s the second worst one I have ever seen. There seems to be no effort to keep it clean or tidy. Things were also missing or broken in the apartment - parts of the refrigerator, a lamp cover. Oh, and the bathroom had a lot of black mildew on the grout. The few times I saw someone who worked there, they were very nice, but there are usually no staff on premises. In sum, the aparthotel is in a great location and provides a needed service, but they could do much, much better. I left early. There is an inexpensive hotel next door. It’s a lot nicer.

riktigt fint ställe och såg väldigt lyxigt ut för vara prisvärt och vi ångrar inget alls med något. bara att vi hade viljat ha AC i rummet som man kan ställa in annars 10 av 10 var hotellet och fin och go rabbat fick vi . Rekommenderas starkt på detta hotell.

選擇這家酒店是因爲我需要在大學附近。2019年9月/10月總共入住3次。在“常規客房”中兩次(兩晚)和在俱樂部客房中一次(5晚)的延長住宿。從之前的點評中我瞭解到酒店不值4(!!)星,但是對於相對昂貴的價格來說太差了,我完全不知道。這棟樓是典型的出租物業,從60s.穿過薄薄的牆壁很吵。房間用舊傢俱和裝飾裝修的很破舊。早餐是災難。不能喝的粉咖啡。各種東西都陰森森的。地下室的健身房大概7平米,裏面有一輛舊自行車。由於所有東西都這麼破舊,清潔很難判斷。但是浴室的地板上有銀魚。儲藏室的燈泡壞了。借出的自行車也同樣破舊,前後都沒有燈,也沒有反光器。最讓我困擾的:在我前兩次入住一個普通房間期間,我參加了一個晚上的自助餐,我從未被告知。上次入住我住的是俱樂部房(沒有更好的標準,只是面積稍大一點),吃了向所有客人開放的晚間自助餐。晚餐時,一位工作人員走過來告訴我要付餐費。她甚至沒有問我住哪間房或我的名字是什麼,他們是一種令人討厭的感覺。後來發現,酒店最貴的房間不包括夜餐(!?)。非常奇怪。。還有一件很奇怪的事情,我在酒吧買了啤酒,把它帶到我的房間,酒吧服務員說她必須跟我到房間去,以確保我不要出酒店WIFI不是全天都在工作,特別不在離前台很遠的會所。我跟前台說wifi有問題的時候他們說應該重啓一下。。。之後就沒好點了有些員工很好,但大部分人說話不恰當,接觸時很奇怪。我回不去了。

We were really looking forward to celebrating a birthday lunch at this hotel. For us, coming all the way from South Africa, this is a rare treat. To say our experience was underwhelming would be an understatement. Service was poor to non-existent. After our waiter (Eddie) brought us our drinks (one variety of Sauvignon Blanc for SEK 115 which was about the cheapest, nastiest wine I’ve ever drunk) we never saw him again. We flagged down someone who looked like a waiter or host (thin woman with a blonde ponytail) who seemed quite annoyed when we requested a bread basket, some side plates to eat it on and drinking glasses for water. There were none on the table. She seemed most put out that she was being asked to do something. The famous prawn sandwich which costs a small fortune is passable, at best. Half a slice of white bread, some mayonnaise, three pieces of boiled egg, a generous helping of prawns and lettuce. That’s it. I would make a better one at home. It tasted fine and everything was fresh but those prices don’t begin to justify such shameless mediocrity. My daughter ordered the potato main with hazelnuts and capers. This very expensive dish comprised a single, overcooked, unappetisingly grey baby potato cut into tiny segments and covered in mayonnaise and butter. Luckily the bread was nice (though not warm) and that was her lunch. The soft serve dessert is just that, with a tiny swirl of caramel sauce. Nobody came back to enquire if we needed more drinks or if we were enjoying our food. Eddie needs training. The thin girl needs a personality and to be taught that it’s okay to smile and be polite to guests when they make a simple request. For a hotel of this calibre such poor service and meh food is unacceptable. They are riding on their reputation which will become harder to maintain unless they dramatically up their game. Disappointing experience.
