早餐很棒。服務好，可以免費租自行車，還有孩子座椅。我們定的.房型沒有大牀，但酒店可以幫你放大牀墊，就沒有中間的縫隙啦。適合帶孩子。

Pleasant check-in experience! The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel's location within walking distance of Lund's center was convenient. However, there were some notable downsides to our stay. The absence of charging facilities for electric cars was an inconvenience, and the area around the hotel was marred by litter and rodent presence. Despite our payment, we still received a ticket – Please note that the parking is not managed by the hotel. Our experience at the hotel's restaurant was disappointing. The seafood pasta dish contained only a few frozen shrimps and an excessive amount of cream and butter sauce. We will not be dining there again in the future.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was interesting in its layout with multiple levels. It felt a bit dated but the beds were comfortable and there was a heat pump in our room so we could get air conditioning (the room was warm despite the chill in the air outside). The bathroom was old but functional. There was a tad bit of black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is centrally located in a charming area of Lund.

We booked apartments in advance on ***********. 2 adults and a 12 year old child. Paid for 3 people. Arrived - one double bed. Where to sleep the child is not clear. We call the Foren support service, they tell us that everything is in order. 3 days they called in Foren and Booking only then they gave a room with three beds. accommodation of a third person in another place is not compensated, the cost of mobile communications in roaming is not compensated. Not a single living person ever came out. No one even tried to solve our problem. First time encountered this. In addition, these apartments were highly rated either by those who lived in them for free, or by the owners themselves. There is black mold in the showers (photos are available), a sofa with a tattered and stained mattress. This is an apartment for those who need to spend the night very cheaply and still need to be careful and check if you can live in them. Again !!! there is no one on site to talk to and solve the problems that have arisen. We were only given a different room because our daughter came and speaks Swedish. Separate check-in at 16-00. They must be released at 11.00 (beyond this time, the door code simply will not work and it is impossible to enter) It's unseen!!! Grade 3. No more! Бронировали апартаменты заранее на букинг.ком. 2 взрослых и ребенок 12 лет. Оплатили за проживание 3 человек. Приехали - одна двуспальная кровать. Где спать ребенку непонятно. Звоним в службу поддержки Фореном там нам говорят, что все в порядке. 3 дня звонили в Фореном и Букинг только потом дали номер с тремя спальными местами. проживание третьего человека в другом месте не компенсируют, расходы на мобильную свзь в роуминге не компенсируют. Ни разу не вышел ни один живой человек. Никто даже не пытался решить нашу проблему. Впервые с таким столкнулись. Кроме того, высокую оценку этим апартаментам ставили либо те, кто жил в них бесплатно, либо сами владельцы. В душевых черная плесень (фото имеются) диван с изорванным и испачканным пятнами матрасом. Это апартаменты для тех, кому надо очень дешево переночевать и еще надо быть осторожным и проверять сможете ли вы в них жить. Еще раз !!! на месте нет никого с кем можно поговорить и решить возникшие проблемы. Нам дали другой номер только потому что пришла наша дочь, которая говорит на шведском языке. Отдельно заселение в апартаменты в 16-00. Освободить их надо в 11.00 (за рамками этого времени просто код от двери не сработает и войти невозможно) Это невиданно!!! Оценка 3. Не более!

riktigt fint ställe och såg väldigt lyxigt ut för vara prisvärt och vi ångrar inget alls med något. bara att vi hade viljat ha AC i rummet som man kan ställa in annars 10 av 10 var hotellet och fin och go rabbat fick vi . Rekommenderas starkt på detta hotell.

This hotel is in a great location. A 15 minute walk into the town centre for gorgeous buildings, a great market hall with plenty of ready made and fresh foods, a weekly food and flower market and plenty of great shopping and dining in and around the centre of town. It can be a little noisy being on the main street and there are construction works next door but the sound proof windows kept out any noise. The room was well equipped although strangely, nothing to wash dishes with despite detergent being provided. The room was well furnished and looked as advertised on the internet. Staff were also helpful and efficient. A water leak from a newly fitted appliance was also attended to promptly. A good stay. Recommended
