面朝大海，春暖花開。海景不錯，就是設施老舊，空調噪音太大

房間通風很好，很乾凈，離海邊近，很舒服

I had to stay for 3 days on business trip. The greatest spoiler of my stay was the bathroom. Every time I entered the bathroom I felt I was being assaulted! The bathroom was old, with broken tiles, dirty stains along the grouting, rotten toilet door, etc etc. It was nauseating. I felt I was being shortchanged. It was totally unfair and disgusting! It is criminal to allow your guests to stay in a room with such a bathroom! The other disgusting thing was on the first night of our stay we forgot to buy our own drinking water and asked the hotel to supply us with just 2 more extra bottles of water. It was just "drinking" water and not mineral water which will cost only a few cents a bottle. The reply was "we can give u the 2 bottles but for the next day we cannot supply u free water for the room because we have supplied u the 2 bottles tonight" I said Ok but I was so horrified at this lack of hospitality and friendliness . Is this how u treat your esteemed guests? Enough said I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

工作人員服務態度很好熱情，地理位置不錯有海景雖然海是骯臟的很，泳池的水還行，附近有很多賣海產的店鋪，離去幫格島的碼頭步行衹需3分鐘，早餐選擇少了點，是一間值得入住的酒店

Several times stayed in the hotel. the location is good, close to the jetty, but the building is old, the food now is more simple and not taste good. But there is not many choices for a better hotel in the area. The expectation should not so much, focus on nature, sunset, sea wind, and working along the beach

We love the hotel!!! It is old hotel but in a great location. Breakfast spread is yummy. The pool is great

Cannot remember how many times we have repeat this hotel when going to Lumut. Location is strategic..breakfast got so many choices and delicious..view from our room also great..staff are also polite ang friendly..surely will repeat if we manage to come here again.

This place used to be a well-know resort and a personal favourite in the 90s, but am utterly disappointed at the state of disrepair it is in now. I had pre-booked a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View and was appalled at how dated and poorly-maintained the room, and entire hotel was. We arrived late last Saturday evening after encountering some issues with our car. Since we were both exhausted and unwell, we did not bother to report any of the shortcomings or request for a change of room, but neither could we bring ourselves to stay any longer after breakfast. To be more specific, ours was Room 152, pool-view (not sea-view as paid for), with dirty and torn curtains. There were also cracks on the floor tiles and stains/scribblings on the walls. My pillowcase had an old blood stain (probably unchanged after the last check-out) and I had to use my shawl over my side of the bed for the night's sleep. The headboard was also very dusty. With all the heavy rattling and noisy pipes throughout the night, our sleep was badly disturbed as well. The towels and bath mat were worn out and discoloured. The toilet bowl was also yellow. Bathroom mirror had chipped off parts. Water temperature/pressure was okay. Breakfast was basic and acceptable, but again, the dining place was unhygienic with uncovered food and flies everywhere! The chair covers and flooring had spilt food/stains, yet no one was really bothered to clean them up. So, if you ask me if I'd ever come again or recommend this place to anyone, my answer is a definite NO :(

我在工作日和妻子以及一歲的寶寶在這裡住了兩天一夜。房間和飯店都令人滿意，地理位置優越，步行即可到達許多餐廳、Speedmart 和紅土坎海濱。但由於油污和污垢，該海灘並不適合游泳。自助早餐也不太好。儘管如此，我仍然認為這是盧穆特最好的酒店之一，我會考慮再次入住這裡。
