聖吉塔之井飯店(Il Pozzo di Santa Zita)

Siamo stati in questa struttura a fine anno, tutto abbastanza bene, personale gentile, camera in ordine. Il problema è stato il 28/02 data in cui ci è stata recapitata una multa per accesso in zona ZTL di Lucca da 100 euro. La mattina della partenza, chi era in reception ci ha detto che potevamo avvicinare l'auto alla struttura e che si sarebbe occupata del permesso per l'auto (cosa mai fatta, evidentemente). Al 07/03 sto cercando ancora di contattare la struttura che sembra sparita nel nulla, probabilmente fallita.

Semplicemente il Top. Posizione strategica per essere già in centro e godersi al meglio quello che Lucca ha da offrire. Struttura curata ed eco-friendly, accoglienza calorosa e sorridente. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a chi vuole sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza.

Camera molto caratteristica che varia dal moderno all'antico con vari pezzi d'arredamento Carinissimi da vedere.offre tutti i comfort dal frigorifero con bibite ecc..una macchinette per il caffè e the.Direi molto bravi ai proprietari per come l'hanno arredato.Centralissimo a 2 passi da tutto.

El mejor hotel de Lucca!!!! Excelentes instalaciones y servicio

Eine wahre Perle, wenn ich von dieser Unterkunft spreche. Lage: Mitten im Zentrum von Lucca (innerhalb der Stadtmauer) 5 Schritte und man steht inmitten der Altstadt - Hauptstraße. Die Zimmer sind mit Herz ausgestattet - 100% Toskana-Style. Pipifein sauber! Minibar top ausgestattet + Wifi funktioniert perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - man bekommt wirkliche Insidertipps bzgl. Restaurants, Bars, Wein -und Käseläden. Sogar Empfehlungen zum Gratis-Parken bzw. sehr kostengünstig werden erwähnt. Wir waren sehr begeistert - es war das beste Hotel bei unserer Toskana-Rundreise und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Unser Geheimtipp und wir können es JEDEM mit besten Wissen und Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

What a wonderful find this was! It was one of the most beautiful B&Bs we have ever stayed it - the furniture, decor, smell and ambience was so lovely it was difficult to leave in order to explore the beautiful small city of Lucca! We stayed in the purple room but whichever room you will stay in you can be assured of a warm welcome, a touch of luxury, and the perfect location. We'll be back!

Loved our stay here… Beds were comfortable …. Room was updated and very tastefully done …. It is right inside the walls of Lucca near the fashion stores ….. Frederica at the front desk was very helpful and so kind …: we will be back and would highly recommend

Location of hotel was great. Not too far from gate. Staff was welcoming and cleaning staff friendly. My only complaint would be lack of breakfast. We were advised to go to a cute place but pastries and side dishes were very expensive. Maybe arrange with a local bar for a continental breakfast?

This stunning boutique hotel is right in the heart of the beautiful city of Lucca. Each of the 5 rooms are individually styled by the owner using a classical mixture of high quality & quirky fittings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. There's no breakfast or dinner available but there are multiple fantastic dining options within a 5-10 min walk of the accommodation. We loved Lucca and will definitely come back to Il Pozzo di Santa Zita when we return.
