Very nice hotel!

Uma experiência inigualável, funcionários todos alinhados num padrão da mais alta cultura de hospitalidade, recomendo a visitarem , quartos limpos , atendimento rápido na recepção, pequeno almoço recheado , as quintas feiras tem um famoso evento às 18h dedicado a tapas italianos com a melhor sangria que já provei nesta minha cidade, e aos fins de semana tem o popular brunch, para as pessoas que gostam dum evento mais calmo recomendo aos sábados gastronomia top, e aos domingos é mais movimentado, provei a famosa mimosa deles humm, convido a todos a visitarem que não se vão arrepender!

O hotel é lindíssimo, limpo e agradável. O restaurante na piscina é ótimo para jantar à noite ou aproveitar o sol nas camas de piscina. O staff também é super atencioso e profissional, um destaque para o Antônio Fernandes que sempre nos trata muito bem. Com certeza a melhor opção de Luanda.

I've stayed in other top hotels in Luanda a few times before (Epic Sana) and this was my first time at the Intercontinental. It was almost funny how many things were just so bad at this hotel. First, the hotel lost my reservation (and about 15 other people waiting around the lobby to be checked in) despite having the confirmation from my booking on the website. It took over 2 hours to get checked in, despite having hundreds of rooms and being clearly very empty. The rooms are not properly cleaned (it doesnt seem to be housekeeping's fault, I don't think they have a proper vacuum. Even the carpets in the hallways had dirt and dust all over them the whole time I was staying there. The phones in the room don't work, so when I wanted to order room service, umm, I couldnt and had to walk down to the lobby. The service is really, really bad. At some point I just stopped asking for any help because it was just not responded to. Food is very mediocre, the breakfast is not nearly as good as at Epic Sana. The menu/selections at the restaurants are just not great. Basically the building is very grand, but its so surprising that this hotel has the Intercontinental brand with just 2-3 star service and operations.
