Worst experience of my life! Booked this place couple months before, the day of my arrival I get refused at front desk that my reservation is non existent even after I showed them my confirmation number and my receipt that it was all paid! They were completely booked seeing it was high season! I was stuck sleeping in the the car that I had rented! I do not recommend this place whatsoever! Owner of place was so disrespectful he told me that he can’t do anything and to contact ******* for a refund if I was able to get one!

Villa is a bit dated but nice overall. Ac in master bedroom didn’t work one night but generally stay was good. Pool was cold. Staff were very friendly and supportive.

Firstly the name was confusing. The property is known as Saphire not Caribbean vacation rental. I called ********** representative for guidance. Checking in was prolonged since the reception wasn’t informed about my booking and then after she received the email and could check me in. At the time of booking both lagoon side and ocean side were the same price so I asked to change my room to ocean side. The hotel manager asked $150 more for this and I had to pay. That is totally nonsense so I asked ********** customer service to contact the hotel and avoid extra fees for me but he didn’t help me at all. I’m so disappointed, wouldn’t recommend ********** any more and will not chose that hotel in the future. House keeper was ok however we had to ask for soap and shampoo each time. My key card was repeatedly not working adding to my frustrations.

We booked a villa for 4 weeks and when we got there, the hotel did not have our reservation because the owner of the timeshare never notified them. The property is in serious need of upgrades, repairs, a fresh coat of paint. Typical of older time share projects, just neglected. Location was great, this place would have been excellent 25 years ago.

The property is an older hotel but the rooms are large and clean. Ocean view rooms have the best view on the island. You get the cruise ships coming in and out and a perfect view of the planes coming in to land. Only real disappoin**ent was the hot tubs on the room balcony’s are no longer serviced. They could charge up to $50 to $75 more per night if they worked

This is a nice Aparthotel at the Saphire beach club resort, and seemed to beat our the nightly rate of booking direct with SBCR. That said communication was terrible - the email was unresponsive and trying to find out details about the property prior to our stay was impossible - we were in limbo on whether or not we had been scammed until a few days prior to our trip. Other than the terrible communication this was a nice stay, okay for the value but in hindsight, we probably would have booked a different location.
