The hotel is always extremely clean and smells amazing. The staff is very helpful and the property has pretty much anything one could want. The location is excellent for anything you would want to do downtown. The restaurant on site (Bob’s Steak & Chophouse) is outstanding. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. It is stunning when you walk in. The pool area was great- I went in late October so I didn’t see many people in there but that didn’t stop me. Excellent restaurants, bars, and stores on the property. I had a conference nearby and after it I had no reason to leave my hotel because everything I needed was on hotel property. If I wasn’t traveling solo maybe I would go out more. On my day arrival I arrived a few hours before check in. They were so accommodating in getting me in early. But even if I couldn’t I would have had plenty to do while waiting- have a beer at the brewery, lunch at one of the other places. Or a nice bourbon drink at the bar. if I were to travel to Louisville again I would definitely stay at Omni again.

Loved everything about this hotel, except the in-room television. There is no live television option. You have to cast from apps on your phone. If you like to wake up, watch the local news, or watch late night tv—you are out of luck.

Everything was great except there were no food options after 11 PM. Seems strange for a bustling hotel with a downtown location as we had been to a concert and got home at 11:20.

We love staying with the Omni Louisville. It’s always really clean, staff are so kind, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to area dining and entertainment!

Nice place, clean, friendly staff, rooms are very comfortable and clean. The overall experience was great. The hotel is pretty.

We have loved this hotel and have visited a few times, and I typically would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately the purpose of this particular trip was for valentine's weekend and a chance to enjoy the hot tub. We called multiple times and checked but it snowed the day before we came and they claimed the hot tub was closed due to ice. Although the sun was out and the whole day was shining. We understood but this put a major damper on our trip and being that we paid an extra $150+ compared to other hotels just for this reason, a little more accommodation or compensation would have been great but we were rejected. Being that we pride ourselves on showing appreciation for great service, this one was quite disappointing.

The staff was beyond friendly! The hotel is beautiful. There's so much to do inside the hotel that once we checked in we didn't leave until check out.

We come here at least every other month just to have a weekend getaway. We are always met with the most courteous staff. The rooms are so very clean, and the location is walking distance for dining and entertainment.
