A little old but decent hotel for this price

It was a nice clean, quiet space. Great value.

The rooms are outdated ,,, very noisy next to the freeway for our room. Nice setting for pets , For the cost of the room should have been fresh breakfast provided not fast processed junk

SO... if you have ALLERGIES stay away. Our first room smelled of kitty litter to an extreme amount. We called and asked for a room change, our second room was VERY musty and felt like a perfume was used to cover up mold and dander smells. I think it would be amazing if they updated the insides they the furniture and fixtures are VERY used. I could see what look liked mold painted over the ceiling of our shower. Again, if you don't suffer from allergies this place may be a great quiet motel easy off the freeway. FOR me as an asthmatic it was a not again we could not enjoy the place at all. If I could offer any advice to the Lodge it would be to have a dedicated building for unscented cleaners and no pets.

Our toilet overflowed each morning we were there. We were not offered a new room after the first incident and our family had to use the toilet in the lobby which was quite a walk distance from our motel room. With grammar school- aged grandchildren this was,needless to say, a major inconvenience and a health hazard!

This is an older property which hasn't been appropriately updated. I was in the heat of summer. Rooms are cooled by an older unit air conditioner (like the kind you put into a window) which are not very effective in dealing with 95F heat. The shower was small with an unadjustable shower head made for a larger space, making it almost impossible to take a shower without pressing against the far wall. Sink drain was almost completely clogged. The Lodge was advertised (on *******) as serving a free breakfast, but after making the reservations I was informed there was no breakfast. The room was clean and the staff pleasant, but the conditions were not worth the price.

Mi primera vez en este lugar la verdad si me gusto no es un hotel de lujo pero esta cerca de santa cruz y el area exelente sirven muy rico cafe de desayuno solo lo tomas y lo llevas

The Los Gatos Lodge was our go to hotel for years ever since we moved from San Jose to Ohio I frequent it for business and family visits. It was so convenient. The amenities, room condition, plumbing electrical, and lack of a hot breakfast force me to go to another hotel. The price on this trip increased significantly. Staff was courteous.Disappoined and think it is up for sale.
