Great service, and clean, great amenities. Private and spacious. Nice cottage style bedroom. Very beautiful and relaxing hotel. Had access to the private beach. Awesome, will come back again!

Staff was terrible. The beach club staff terrible… they didn’t want to move from their seats or help you in any way. You had to go over and consistently as them for something all day. They made you feel like you were bothering them by asking for water. Also no maid service…. Left the room at 10 am and went back to the room at 430 and nobody had came no new towels or anything. Called down and they said if it’s okay that the maid didn’t come… very annoying when you’re paying top dollar for an experience that just fell completely flat.

Quiet property & awesome staff…renovations being done in a tidy manner. Valet & room service were awesome & fast. Menu could improve with more options. Loved contemporary room decor & cleanliness. Beach club…Love! Thanks Gilbert

This hotel is amazing if you love being in nature. I would recommend trying to stay during the week if you are just coming to see the property- they can have up to 5 weddings and can be busy. The food was just okay. The meat they cook is very good, but the menu could use some help- even the breakfast food at the cafe was off. This matters because it is the only place to eat on the property. They are SUPER helpful and call you the week before you stay to make you reservations etc.

Good staff. Very nice room amenities. Beautiful common areas. $300 massage not worth it over priced. Didn’t like how some areas were for members only. Great beach club.

Everything about our stay was excellent! Staff was friendly and helpful both at the ranch and the beach club. The only problem we had was the tv did not stream from our device. It gave us choices from other tv's but not the one in our room.

Unique accommodations and grounds. Only downside is that the one restaurant is far, expensive and only ok. Also, the grounds should be marked more clearly to enable getting around.

The best hotel that I have ever stayed at. Every detail was magical from the beach club to the pool. The grounds were beautiful and we loved our stay here. We will definitely be back!

Very hard give a description that does this property justice. For our personal tastes, it provides everything you would possibly need for a relaxing, secluded getaway. It has become our personal sanctuary when we are traveling in and around LA.
