我爲丈夫70歲生日預訂了這家酒店,我們沒有失望。從我們走進去的那一刻起,就有平靜和放鬆的感覺。所有工作人員都非常樂於助人,友好。我們在3樓有一個豪華房間,非常輕,通風。早餐非常出色,酒店的所有設施都非常出色。我們的房間留下了一盤小蛋糕,這是一個可愛的驚喜。退房時間是中午12點,這一點很受歡迎,因爲提前入住時間也是如此。我們房間裏有一個迷你酒吧,軟飲料是免費的。下次我們希望住更長的時間。非常中心,靠近大理石拱門和牛津街,購物,但在一個安靜的地區。

Excellent location. Main hotel being refurbed so stayed in sister hotel opposite. No sign to make this obvious just looks like a house. Arrived early and room ready which was a bonus. Has pre-paid for breakfast as assumed would start at 6-30am like every other hotel but it was 7am so had to skip due to early start. Room clean with everything you need but very small and no double glazing so noisy. Water,tea and coffee and high end toiletries (Elemis) were restocked during stay which was a nice touch. Short walk from Oxford street. Looking forward to getting back into the main hotel after the refurb which will be a step up.

The Churchill continues to be my first choice in London, since 2008. They have an incredibly trained staff, which are always looking to attend to what we need. It is a place you can always trust on every single issue you may have. I must say Mr Cesary, one of the concierges, is a fantastic person, a true concierge that gives you all the tips, takes care of all the details in every single request. There is TV (pairing devices) issue; which couldn’t make it work with my iPhone. I let them know, they are aware, they tried their best, but it seems like they must have to replace its system, to manage this issue; every other hotel I stayed, I could pair my device easily so it is just something the hotel should adjust. They don’t loose at all their brilliant service because of it, as a frequent guest of them, I wish this could be heard as an advice. And I’ll continue staying with them.

在總理客棧都被訂滿的情況下，我第一次選擇了這家酒店以度過聖誕節前的日子。我感到很驚喜，相對於總理客棧每晚170英鎊的價格，假日酒店是一個更好的選擇。雖然它的價格很有競爭力，但是這讓人感覺不像一家經濟型酒店。房間感覺比預定的要好，不是很簡陋。這家酒店的工作人員非常的友好，而且他們對小孩子很好。自助早餐非常棒，15.95英鎊的價格有點小貴，不過小童是免費的。休息室的零食很棒，物有所值。真正的優點是它接近牛津街，可以步行到達哈姆利玩具店和冬季歡樂園。作為聖誕購物地點（或者是普通的購物旅行），強烈推薦這家酒店。

My review on this hotel is based on one factor and that is of amazement of human kindness and indeed human welfare My daughter was not feeling well and badly needed to go to the toilet We approached the concierge and explained and he quite simply said no I was so upset My daughter was in tears and he could see this He was both rude and aggressive in his approach I only hope that his family never experience this My daughter had to struggle to Leicester Square and was nearly passing out by the time she got there I welcome feedback from a hotel that surely prides itself on service But who to The working man or only people that can afford it and never the …….. Had great stay!!!. Although at the beginning we were offered a room in basement and the worst part was I've issues with my leg and climbing up and down would have been a nightmare. However, thank you so much to the gentlemen Karim . He not only understood the problem but instantly he offered us a specious room on ground floor. A part from that breakfast was top-notch. The only disadvantage is they don't have any elevator in the building but with great service you're forced to give them a 5*.

I can appreciate that the front of house are quite professional, so probably wouldn’t have reacted badly if I did voice my complaints but I didn’t want to be a hindrance so hopefully this written mode will do. I came in for breakfast and ordered poached eggs with avocado on *sourdough* toast. the emphasis is relevant due to the fact that i got rye instead with the crust very nearly inedible burnt. Luckily there was a generous helping of avocado to mask the taste - though it was unfortunate how much I kept clattering my cutlery because it required such brute force to cut through the toast. The dessert, through no fault of the kitchen or front of house, was not quite to my liking. I wish it was described that the cheesecake filling contained some sort of citrus as that is a flavour in desserts I quite detest. The biscuit was quite flavourful though so I just scraped off the cream cheese and ate that with the strawberry topping. My only regret is not getting the name of the lovely waitress who served me towards the end of my hour working there. It would have been sometime nearing 12:30pm that she was working — tall and gorgeous and European! Wonderful service, sweetest personality.
