The most amazing stay ever! Visited with a group of friends and stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. Staff were so attentive and friendly. The suite had every facility imaginable. Breakfast menu was varied and as for the afternoon tea served by Razvan- out of this world experience. Highly recommend!

Grosvenor House Suites is not a fun place to be. The hotel was empty and the ambience was dark and dull. It did not have any excitement. Lobby is on the second floor and the structure of the hotel was not at par. We booked for 3 nights and stayed only for 1 night. They decided to not reimburse us for the 2nd & 3rd night either. Our flight was cancelled due to the Heathrow airport power outage and they did not care. When a hotel is not doing well, it makes it harder for them to reimburse in any situation. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was our first time staying at this elegant boutique hotel so honestly expectations were high, the room itself was spacious elegantly decorated (as you'd expect)! Comfy beds a large accessible bathroom delicious room service menu, everything you could possibly ask for in life (you'd think) but no the TV wasn't working which for a daughter who is blind with additional needs was a necessity! I can't fault the amazing staff though who tried everything to help sadly to no avail though, breakfast was everything too including a special birthday cheesecake for myself too! It was a luxurious stay but the broken tv spoiled it honestly in a hotel that size with a 5 star reputation I would have expected more......

I have stayed at this hotel several times for its convenience and truly exceptional service, it used to be my favorite since 2016 and now I’m a titanium I Prefer member. My family’s next stay will be on June 28th and I wrote to them 20days ago asking if the hotel has a special offering for members on food and beverage consumption like many other hotel chains I stayed at as a titanium member. They could have just replied with a simple no we don’t, but no they just decided to ignore it completely. I didn’t get a reply until the moment. I read many comments here concerning same particular issue that IPrefer loyal members don’t really get any special privileges or treatment more than a walk in guest which is weird in the luxury hotels world. It’s a simple issue but 5 star hotels are all about little details. I felt from my last stay in Sep 23 that something has changed generally, but I really I wish my next stay will be as good as it used to be several years ago.

Great location, beautiful suite hotel with gorgeous decor and the fluffiest pillows. However, the rudeness of this one member of staff has acted as a dampener in our experience. Requesting an ID is mandate for any hotel, we get that, however passing a nasty comment on my ethnicity, just ad I’m a woman of colour, is highly unacceptable! The manager was patient and managed the situation well, however this shows the lack of ‘customer service training’ and arrogance of certain races which is so prevalent around us. I wouldn’t ever set foot in this place again.. I felt highly disrespected and hope stern action was taken against that lady.
