I start my morning by ordering a cappuccino thru room service for 7 days in a row, sometimes it arrives and some days not. Also, I was spending some time at the bar and I asked to have my last “paid” glass of wine at my room, the glass never arrived. And here is the funny part, The 5 stars hotel asked me to pay for the whole missing orders at check out, at that moment I realized how the hotel is being managed horribly.
