Hotel fedia cigarro e mofo, a localização era ok, meio longe do centro, mas dava para ir de tram. Tinham muitas escadas e sem elevador. As escadas são íngremes e não cabe o pé inteiro! Há opções melhores em Amsterdam pelo mesmo preço!

Väldigt bra läge! Superbra pris för de läget i London! Frukost ingick och även färsk frukt attplocka med sig för dagen! Lyhört som alla andra ställen i London men inget vi stördes av, lungt område, rekomenderas! När de kommer till hållbarhet....plast glas istället för riktiga glas och små förpackningar med sylt, nutella osv-onödigt

The location was convenient, the exterior looked inviting and well maintained but the interior was dated, dirty and carpeted areas were ripped. In the room, we had black mold in the shower, and the mattress was as hard as bricks. Staff seemed indifferent to guests and weren’t very welcoming.

A budget hotel excellent location and friendly staff. For a one night stay it served its purpose but would be difficult to recommend for a longer visit. The room given was not as shown in the pictures, carpet stained, marks on the walls, would not use the shower, the mattress was extremely hard but the bed linen was clean, the whole hotel is crying out for a refurbishment. Breakfast was included in the price and was simple but sufficient to keep you going till lunch.

Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The decor in the room, mildew in the shower and general appearance of the hotel was dated and tardy. Service was good and overall served a purpose. Needs a lick of paint and some tlc though.

The room was the filthiest i jave experienced in my extensive travells. The bed sheets were not clean. The tap was broken. There was mystery liquids all of the walls amd the carpets were covered in the most fowl stains. The lift was also broken, thus forcing us to carry 30kg luggage up and down the stairs. The manager also tried to charge us double the rate we were told it would cost. She was also very rude and cold. We recieved no help or warm welcomes from staff each day when we would return to the hotel. The free buffet breakfast is l Just a crossont amd a juice. The only good part is the location. Even then, it is quite far from the monuments.

The location was convenient for the tube but that was the only thing we were happy with. The hotel needs a makeover, the carpets threadbare, the radiators dirty, the shower room needed re grouting and re sealing and the shower curtain didn't fit the shower. Continental breakfast was poor, having some kind of tinned meat (guess) with refrigerated, not fresh boiled eggs which looked and tasted like they had been boiled for 15 minutes. On the plus side the majority of staff were pleasant and helpful.

I could only describe this place as a cesspit. Very small, stuffy and dirty bedroom. The place needs a serious makeover. Do yourself a favour and ignore any positive reviews because there's nothing positive about this 'hotel' except the good location. We were so disgusted by the dirt of the room that we skipped the free breakfast by assumption it wouldn't be all that clean either. The pillows smelled like someone had been sick on them and there was what looked like toe nail clippings on the bed. I'd be surprised if anything had been replaced/changed/cleaned after the previous guests. Avoid this cesspit!
