小時玻璃飯店(Hour Glass Hotel)

This place was a massive disappoin**ent. The facilities and cleanliness was well below par and I can't believe there are positive reviews on Trip Advisor and ***********. When I explained that I refuse to stay there and would like to request a refund, all sorts of excuses came out. They said the manager is not available and I should come back at another time. I feel like I was robbed.

Lovely staff who went above and beyond for residents. awesome a**osphere. Very reasonably priced too. Relatively central and secure and good drinks. Didn't try the food but thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be returning! Thank you staff @ hourglass

Horrendous accommodation, shouldn't be in business. Horrible, dodgy, unsafe area. Absolutely no cleanliness whatsoever - I think friends might just camp out here - You can get so much better in London for the price as well. No customer service skills. No idea how these are still in business after ripping everyone off. I am not a picky/moaning person either, see my other reviews. This was just vile....

Ample space in the quad room we stayed in. Amenities worked, and staff was very friendly. Was a bit late picking up my keys, and was still able to check in with no hassle. Will definitely book again the next time I’m in the area.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. It was also local to all amenities. I’d recommend to anyone. The staff recommended good places to eat and was made to feel more than welcome. Not much more I can say. 5 stars

La ubicación malísima , la zona es muy ruidosa, la habitación un desastre. Lo único bueno es que no hacía nada de frío porque la calefacción es muy potente . Además no pasaron ningun día a limpiar la habitación . Desde luego para no repetir más .

This hotel is perfectly fine. It's definitely no frills, but certainly comfortable enough. It was well within our price range for a last minute reservation. We checked in later at night and the staff made us feel very welcome. The pub can get loud sometimes as can the neighborhood around it. The wifi was available in the room and in the pub and was always reliable. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest tube station, but a very short bus trip with several busses running regularly right out in front of the hotel. Strictly pub related: this doesn't seem "family owned" any longer and it certainly does not offer any kind of pub food outside of crisps. There's a nice variety of beers and the staff are friendly as well.

The staff were very friendly Considering it’s above a pub very quiet room was bigger than expected. Clean and tidy Room was hot but they did provide a decent fan for the room. Could do with a new mattress I’m a big girl so need a firm mattress but still a good stay if you are looking for somewhere to just put your head down this is the place and the Wi-Fi was very good 👍
