Overall great experience, all though the room is small the layout has considered the limited space and it doesn’t feel too crowded. The interior feels very new and fresh. Location is great in a very cosy part of London. Only negative thing was the shower temperature could not be adjusted. Overall would come back and definitely recommend to stay here

The hotel looked very nice at the reception. We were positively impressed. The room was average, not particularly fresh, but still fine. Unfortunately the bathroom was a big minus, the smallest I’ve ever seen, with a sink we could barely wash our hands in. But what really didn’t impress us was the sound insulation. We could hear anything, from steps from the room above us, to the noice from the elevator. We were staying in London one more night a few days later, but chose to book another hotel for our last night.

Went to this hotel for our anniversary abd loved it. The reception area was beautifully decorated and staff that greeted us were friendly on our arrival. The room was lovely, bed was comfy and the bathroom was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was a treat every day and got us ready for a fun day in London. Close to museums, this was perfect for our plans for this trip. Would definitely go again to explore more of London. Big well done to all staff who helped us during our trip.

Perfect hotel for our Royal Albert Hall visit. A pleasant 30 minute walk from Victoria Coach Station, and only 15 minutes to RAH. Enjoyed a mooch around the V&A Museum after dropping off our bags. Breakfast over the road at The Exhibitionist was nice.

The hotel was clean and tidy and close to the Royal Albert Hall and South Kensington. The room had been recently painted and was still a strong smell of paint and the paint job was hit and miss. Room was clean and tidy. Mattress a bit soft and walls were thin as you could hear conversations in next room. Shower was not working very well.

This hotel was just as advertised. We needed somewhere to stay near to the science museum after a long day in London. It had a great room set up, with a separate bedroom for the kids and another one for the adults. The shower was hot. The air-conditioning worked. The TVs worked. It was five minutes walk to the museums in the morning. Just what we needed.

It was a last minute emergency booking but I do hope to return to the hotel again in the future. Fab location even though I did not pay too much attention to that durimg the booking. The room was great with a cute balcony. Bathroom and sheets were clean - shower was great! For a single room the use of space was well thought out. Hotel staff were so very kind and helpful and I am very sorry I did not take their names. A very brief stop-over, but I do hope to return again and make proper use of the hotel amenities.
