馬多克斯街5號飯店(No.5 Maddox Street)

真是令人失望。我只給它3/5，因為接待處的女士很好，房間很乾淨，房間裡有一些水、牛奶咖啡和茶。我最討厭的事情之一就是住宿照片都是「盛裝打扮」的，但事實並非如此。這是誤導性的。我沒有看到任何漂亮的小植物/花瓶點綴在周圍——我們沒有漂亮的地毯，感覺有點廉價和粗俗。花更多的錢就能有更好的地方。顯然，位置很好，但直到午夜左右都很吵——這是可以預料的。不要被圖片所誘惑。

我無法在先前的評論中添加照片，因為顯然我被告知房間已經過檢查並且沒有黴菌。我會把這些留在這裡，直到你退款為止，可以嗎？我們到達並被帶去房間。看起來有點累，電視壞了，但一名工作人員修好了。藍牙收音機外觀揚聲器無法連接。結帳時甚至沒有被問是否一切都好。花了一段時間來審查，但通常不會，但這是一場非常糟糕的表演。大多數週末我們都住在管理公寓裡，有些公寓的價格較低。我們不會退貨或推薦。對不起

Communication prior to the stay was good, and the location is also very good. Being on the top floor with no lift… not so great but at least we got our steps in! We did feel that the photos on the website did not live up to what we walked into. There was loose fittings in the fridge, damp ingress on the wall, ceiling shower head needs a big descale as water just goes in all directions and the towels were crispy. The building seem generally a bit run down. It seemed clean but I didn’t dig too deep. The bed is a little too small for 2 adults but I understand that the space is limited! This is not an angry review at all…more a constructive feedback review, things to work on for the next guests. It’s not a cheap rate per night so the price should not just reflect location but value for money.

Our overnight stay was absolutely perfect. From the warm welcome, the lovely room, the location to the crisp white sheets and the great shower ... everything was just perfect. Many thanks to the teams for making the stay extra special for my wife's birthday with their extra touches.

Loved the stay , very cosy in the middle of the Center. Big rooms , furnished like home. Very comfortable beds and pillows Super friendly , helpful and efficient staff . Second stay and we will always come back

Excellent location and a beautifully presented place with all of the equipment needed for a longer stay. The living room was very spacious and it was so nice to have a balcony in the middle of town. The staff was responsive and thoughtful always there to help and we got a good deal for the taxi transfer to the airport. Housekeeping serviced the apartment during our stay and I highly recommend trying the Patara restaurant. Planning our next trip to No5 Maddox apartments. See you soon!

Perfect home. I stayed at 5 Maddox Street with my mother and we really loved everything. The location is great. The staff was really helpful with the luggage in our arrival and departure day. The apartment was very clean and housekeeping also serviced our apartment 2 times in 1 week. Next time we will be in London, we will definitely stay again at 5 Maddox Street.

Such a disappointment. Honestly how this can call itself a 5 start establishment is a disgrace. Firstly it’s grubby, very very grubby but much worse than this, the service I was given was appalling. On booking a apartment for 3 people, very clearly 3 people, on checkin I was told that it was made up for two. I saw the room, we had a double bed and a sofa. I was then informed it would be extra (£45) for them to add a bed…and that if we just wanted bedding for the sofa. I went back downstairs, I explained it was for 3 and I’d paid for three people. The lady at the desk looked at me like I’d killed a man. She was furious, and said that most people just bring a child and then sleep on the sofa..not a second bed…that the apartment I’d booked for two, that the website must be wrong? She even pulled up the website and tried to show me…and said look, showing me two beds for much cheaper rates - it was baffling? I paid £440 for a room that was meant to sleep 3 with one double bed, it was so upsetting- she was SO incredibly rude and left me standing there like I’d done something wrong. I booked this for my pregnant sister, who’d come down from Paris - it was nothing like the images online - the rug was WET, it was disgusting in there, and to be made to feel like what I’d booked was wrong and being told on checkin I need to pay more was frankly a disgrace. The second cot bed was outside the room, so assume they knew and just try to fleece you when you arrive. I do not recommend this place to anyone and quite frankly want my money back. I’m disgusted that we had to go through that. I was told as well I had 30 minutes to decide on the other bed before the maids left, it was so unpleasant I left the encounter, and just cried. Vile. Absolutely vile. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel; and I travel every single week around the world for my job!!

If you are booking the two bedroom apartment, be prepared to be on the 5th floor & there isn’t an elevator. There were also mice in the kitchen. I was disgusted & mortified. This isn’t a clean location & they should provide daily room cleaning for what is listed as a five star accommodation on Google. I would have rather stayed in a hotel, because the location was not worth the uncleanliness.
