The Goring was lovely but not worth the price. We were told that this would be the most Christmas themed hotel in the area; however, not the case. I don’t even think we saw a tree? Hotel needs more updated technology outlets. Small room was next to a butlers pantry and very loud all hours of the evening. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed for a wedding - no acknowledgment of it. Service same as most places I've stayed across London and it's a lot. The reception team and door staff almost unnoticed even when we left in wedding attire they didn't even get to the car to open the doors or wish us well.

Such a beautiful hotel. The service is impeccable. Always warm and friendly with people who learn your name. The food delicious. The room very comfortable with a comfortable bed. It was a true pleasure to stay here.

Honestly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff are phenomenal, the hotel is beautiful. This was a trip we will remember, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Excellent stay as always although I wish ******* would stop offering room upgrades at properties that never upgrade you . I did receive complementary breakfast however, but the offer of an upgrade is misleading

Terrific choice near Buckingham Palace, and a good value vs. some of the other famous hotels in the area. Fun bar/lounge, and fantastic concierge team!
