I visited Zetter yesterday for a few drinks, expecting a relaxed evening out. Unfortunately, what I encountered was nothing short of disgusting. While I was there, I saw at least four mice scurrying around the bar area, getting alarmingly close to where I was sitting. Seeing rodents in any establishment is bad enough, but in a place where drinks and food are served, it's downright unacceptable. Horrified, I brought this to the attention of a staff member, expecting them to take immediate action. Instead, I was met with a shockingly casual response. The staff member simply said they would "inform maintenance," as if it were a minor issue rather than a serious health concern. There was no apology, no urgency, and no indication that they planned to address the problem right away. It was as though this was just another day at Zetter, which is incredibly disturbing. I still feel sick just thinking about the experience. A bar should be a place where you can enjoy yourself, not worry about the cleanliness of the environment. The lack of concern from the staff only made the situation worse. If you're considering going to Zetter, I strongly advise you to think again. This isn't just about poor service; it's about basic hygiene and safety, which this place seems to lack entirely. There are plenty of other bars out there—choose one where you won't have to share your space with rodents.

Blown away by this treasure of a hotel. Walking into the parlour we were transported into another world. We were made to feel very special by all. The management were amazing. Lovely attentive staff. The rooms and bathroom were equally stunning and big. Decor from the parlour was carried through to the room. Breakfast was delicious both cooked and continental. Loved the poached eggs and avacado. The beds were big comfortable. After a long day in London we fell a sleep very quickly. Lots of hanging space and a vintage sofa to sit and have read. There is tube station near by but we really liked walking to the attractions. Not far at all and passing many coffee shops and boutiques.

Extremely poor value for the price. Shower drain completely clogged, very poorly lit, window shade could not be opened due to broken cord, air conditioner has a mind of its own. The location, which is very far from everything a leisure traveler would want to do, is terrible—yes close to a tube station but that was 12 stops away from Westminster, for example. Just a huge disappointment.
