Andrew refused profusely to apologise but took out of the safe the food I put in, in order to show management on my return. Clearly fearing for his reputation. Which they continue to defend , lie and neglect in basic service standards and health and safety standards, in my experience. Management are clueless, unhinged and operate in a state of denial in my opinion from what is shown. A large majority of staff are prejudice in service, but accept tips of over a thousand pounds before forcing you out of a hotel for liable reasons, featured in the images provided in my review. I hope this review attracts attention as a year on not a single person from senior management has the guts to respond to us and clearly inviting of lawyers may be the only means to get your attention. From emails to Paris, London, Germany not a single response, refund, apology or recognition for abusive treatment which was wholly unacceptable and unfathomable to alot of people I have shown these images too. I may amend this review in due course with further information and or pictures of my experience, which also consisted of two male members of staff in my bedroom drinking champagne. As a single female woman travelling we can all understand this is completely intolerable, but here at The Lanesborough apparently the type of creepy service they strive for. Making single female women feel uncomfortable and abused. The pictures are what was left after an entire meal consumed in a shawarma style wrap, to which I was served. The management at this premise are delusional and incompetent and scraping the barrel not even from a service stand point but the regulations of health and hygiene in the uk. As I have it documented 'we serve our chicken medium rare'. Absolutely diabolical, concerning and unjustifiable with no remedial action but defiance to the incident over a year ago. Everyone eating in this premise should check, double check, triple check and call out management employing this disgusting attitude towards high paying clients. Self entitlement because of a post code holds no grounds for you and something will give. I put this meal in the safe in order to show to management when returning from the hospital, to find all my belongings packed, the food taken and I was thrown out of the hotel, aggressively.
