This place holds so many great memories for us whether it is a cozy meal inside or enjoying the outdoor seating with a nice glass of wine or a cocktail—especially in the summertime. I honestly think it is one of the best places to have a cute Christmas meal too—you really feel the festive spirit here! Still gutted we missed out last year. The food is always spot on, the drinks menu has a great selection and the staff are super polite and attentive. Definitely recommend checking it out, especially when it is warm out. It is a solid 9.7/10 for me—though there is just something missing that I cannot quite put my finger on.

Booked a Wimbledon afternoon tea which was advertised as being able to watch the tennis with a headset etc, instead I was shown a table inside and not able to watch the tennis. When asked if we can sit where we can see the tennis we were told it was not bookable and on a first come basis which was already full. This was for the men’s final so you can imagine the disappointment as we had to quickly eat our afternoon tea still missing most of the tennis and was then hard to find somewhere else to actually watch it. There were a couple other parties also not happy about this so in future could do with better advertisement as you’d expect a Wimbledon afternoon brunch to be where you can see the tennis as this was what was advertised also.

My one star review of 20 July 2024 does not appear to have been published. In short we arrived just before 10.30pm which is time for last orders and asked for a table outside for drinks. We were told we were too late but could be served inside. We were shown to a table and waited a few moments when a waitress said orders had stopped. We advised that we could order inside but she was abrupt so I spoke to the first waiter who was very apologetic who tried to organise another table. By that time, we had enough and left. In our view the waitress needs to improve her hospitality skills. Sum up...clock watchers!!

Hamyard 是我住過的最好的酒店之一。每個房間的裝潢都不同。大廳很漂亮，花很漂亮。我住在豪華普通套房（305），房間很大，有足夠的存儲空間 - 景色不是很好，但這沒什麼大不了的。位置很棒——距離皮卡迪利地鐵站只有幾分鐘的路程，所以我們可以步行到很多方向。儘管與酒店的物理方面一樣重要，但工作人員再好不過了。他們幾乎立刻就知道了我的名字。禮賓部幫助指導方向和一些預訂，行李員和門衛都很棒。我們每天早上都吃早餐（包含在房費裡）而且很豐盛。我非常喜歡這家酒店，因此我將在八月返回幾天。
