倫敦威斯敏斯特，聖詹姆斯公園(Hub by Premier Inn London Westminster, Saint James' Park)

Week end parfait. A deux pas du métro st James Park et de victoria station. Le personnel est ok. Il garde les sacs le jour de votre départ. Très propre, bon matelas on as super bien dormis. Pas de bruit. Vraiment rien a dire

Gentilissimi. siamo arrivati alle 11 e abbiamo lasciato in bagaglio in deposito (senza addebiti). stanza bella, pulitissima, grande e ben organizzata. Colazione super e corner caffe/te aperto 24h. personale gentilissimo. posizione spettacolare a 3 minuti a piedi da Westminster Abbey e Big Ben. Metro a 200 metri. assolutamente consigliato

Posizione centralissima a 100m dalla metropolitana e 10 minuti a piedi da Westminster. Camere piccoline ma ultra moderne, hitech e dotate di ogni confort immaginabile, ottima la pulizia. Personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze con possibilità di avere te e caffè sempre disponibili. Colazione che abbiamo aggiunto al pernotto buona e con varietà dolci

Hotel cómodo, céntrico y totalmente recomendable. Personal muy atento, instalaciones correctas. Habitaciones funcionales, con camas extra cómodas y panel digital para el control de luces y temperatura. Baño moderno con ducha amplia (tienen secador) Hay enchufe español. Desayuno buffet muy bueno y para sacarte de un apuro tienen varios platos para comer o cenar que te puedes llevar a la habitación. Tienen un bar muy acogedor. Muy bien ubicado a 2 minutos andando de estación de metro y parada de bus. Al lado de la Abadía de Westminster y del Big Ben. Fue totalmente un acierto, repetiría si volvemos a Londres.

This was my first stay at Hub by Premier Inn. It was disappointing that Room 101 had no views & pigeon poo & air-conditioning vents to look at. Yes, the bed & linen were very good but the room needs a refresh. The stained grumpy carpet & attention to bathroom floor corner cleaning & splashes on the glass doors. The rainfall shower didn't work & the plug in the sink was stiff. Thr towels were decent though. The staff were pleasant. I didn't use the restaurant or sitting facilities but they looked nice & the cleaniness in the public areas were good.

Bonjour Parfait pour un séjour en couple, à côté de tout, personnelles accueillant et très arrangeant. De plus, c’est un très bon rapport qualité/prix, je vous conseille vivement de prendre le petit déjeuné qui est à 5£ car il est très copieux et surtout à volonté. Du côté nuit, les chambres sont minimalistes mais très utile avec beaucoup de rangement (il y a un sèche cheveux, du gel douche et des serviettes de fourni).

I was disappointed with the heating system in the room. It only allows you to turn the heat up to 24 degrees c. It sometimes works and the room gets partially hot. then it starts blowing cold air to compensate for the hot air it just blew out. if you leave the room - all of the power goes out - and this starts up again. the trick is to only put it up to 23 c so as not to overtax the system. I had to change to 3 different rooms before I found a room that worked partially. it would be too hot or too cold, nothing ever in the middle. spent way too much trying to get this fixed. the staff did their best - though they did not know much on how it works. the rooms are small - which I knew - but this is too painful to deal with if you plan to spend time in the room working or sleeping. manager said she would refund one night - though upon checkout she was not there, so I hope to see refund for all of the time spent on this.

I have never been that disappointed with an hotel. We were assigned a basement room, which is extremely stuffy. The worst is the hygiene. The room was not properly cleaned. We found candy wrap at one corner. The worst was that in 3 incidences I saw very small cockroach. Once in the bathroom. I did not take off my socks throughout my stay and did not sleep well. The only good thing is its location; but having to pay over 160 pounds for such terrible stay was beyond my slightest imagination.
