Can’t beat the charming Mayfair location. The Hotel delivers in style and functionality. Recommend staying in the contemporary deluxe. The check in is always outstanding and pleasant. We enjoyed a pastry treat while waiting for our room. The patisserie is a new addition to the hotel and delivers deliciousness! The breakfast is the best and not to be missed. All the hotel’s staff are exemplary. You are greeted personally upon entrance . The door men are the best and have great character. The house keeping had rose pedals on our bed as a surprise . Quite charming . The rooms have beautiful art, dressing table and luxurious bathroom.

Мы с мужем приехали в Лондон в бизнес трип и провели пять замечательных дней в этом отеле. Отель расположен в самом сердце Лондона, месторасположение позволяет дойти до Букенгемского дворца за 20-25 минут, рядом Бонд стрит и Оксфорд стрит. Когда мы приехали в отель, нас ждал очень тёплый приём, после утомительного перелёта. Комната была заботливо приготовлена нашим батлером Марио ( Mario), шампанское, фрукты, закуски ждали нас, приготовленный ним. Чистота и порядок в отеле просто выше всех похвал, наша комната всегда сияла чистотой, за что спасибо нашей горничной Зите ( Zita). Завтраки в ресторане Jean-George’s просто восхитительные. Еда, интерьер, обслуживание просто на высшем уровне, за что отдельное спасибо менеджеру ресторана г-ну Марко (Mr. Marko). Утром нас всегда встречала улыбкой Лилиан ( Lilian) и провожала к любимому столику, мы чувствовали заботу и теплоту в таком внимании к деталям! Обязательно попробуйте afternoon tea в этом ресторане. Это просто чудесное путешествие в старую добрую Англию, восхитительные закуски и бокал шампанского, сделают ваш день особенным. Персонал на ресепшен тоже тыл очень профессионален и дружелюбен, мы получали ответы на все наши вопросы. Обязательно вернёмся в этот отель ещё раз!

I recently dined at The Connaught’s esteemed restaurant with my mother, hoping for an exceptional experience to mark my birthday and explore what would have been our potential stay at your hotel during our upcoming London trip. While the dinner met our expectations for a high-end establishment, the subsequent treatment we received left us deeply disappointed and reconsidering any future visits. After finishing our meal and expressing interest in seeing the first floor of the hotel—a reasonable request given our plans to stay at The Connaught in just two weeks—we were approached by an employee who publicly humiliated us. We were rudely told to leave the premises because “non-guests” are not permitted beyond the restaurant area. This confrontation was not only demeaning but was made worse by being done in full view of other guests and staff, leaving us embarrassed and shocked at the level of disregard shown. Is this truly the standard of hospitality The Connaught prides itself on? To have a paying customer, who has just left a substantial amount in your restaurant, be treated as though they are trespassing is unacceptable. I expect better from a place with your storied reputation and high prices. The lack of courtesy and tact from your staff raises serious concerns about the quality of service guests can expect. We are now seriously reconsidering our plans to stay at The Connaught during our upcoming visit to London. Word of mouth travels quickly, and it would be a shame if this experience becomes the lasting impression of what is otherwise considered a premier destination. I sincerely hope you will take immediate steps to ensure no other patrons are subjected to such disrespectful and dismissive treatment.

A very nice, light and airy room on the round floor looking out into the magnificent streets of Mayfair. I arrived early, 0650 for a 0700 breakfast booking. Wait outside I was told. Not a great start. Full english breakfast turned up, the samllest poached eggs I've ever seen sat atop the smallest circle of toast I've ever seen. I'd ordered a hash brown. I asked if it was so small maybe I couldn't see it, but it turned up seperately, not quite as miniture as everything else. One sausage, three rashers of bacon, half a tomatoe, beans and mushrooms. All very tasty Liliputian. Breakfast for 3 came in at £256. Big boys prices for toddlers portions. Try the Wolsley, bigger, better and half the price.
