Unfortunately, I write with disappointment of the experience that my partner and I had at our recent stay at the treehouse in London.
We stayed 13/08/23 - 16/8/23.
In summary, there was a collective of poor experiences.
14/08/23 - we were woken up at approximately 06:00 from what sounded like breaking bottles and glass, informed the desk (duty manager?)
Returned from our day out in the late afternoon and the coffee machine had malfunctioned with water all within the tray. The coffee machine and tray was replaced.
15/08/23 - we were woken up at approximately 08:00 from what sounded like drilling directly beneath us, informed the desk (duty manager?). Thank you the drilling stopped.
16/08/23- we were woken up at approximately 06:00 from what sounded like breaking bottles and glass - informed the desk (duty manager?) he was extremely non-empathetic, rude on the phone, hung the phone up on myself as the guest staying at the hotel. Spoke to him in person, and was very arrogant and rude again.
The lift doors appear to not function correctly and can close on you when entering or leaving the lift, the lift doors collided with us getting in and out at least three times in total. Duty manager informed, however, no understanding, no- empathy, poor customer service.
