nice staff. clean surroundings friendly staff good amenities will come back

Bed was old and squeaky. bathroom exhaust fan did nothing to ventilate steam and odors. Small ants of some sort on bathroom floor. Temperature in unit was manual and hard to control. Bed spread had a big burn hole in it. TV was old and hard to figure out controls . No written instructions on how anything works. Noisey. Could hear any cough or activity in any room close. Staff was courteous was the only bright spot.

I booked a pet friendly room and i confirm before i go there. Then when i talk to the person at tge desk for check in, she said no pet friemdly room os available and j showed the confirmation message.then i had to wait for almost 30 mins and finally they gave me a room which has no refrigerator, microwave. They didn't even refund a single dollar. Terrible experience

The sheets was not changed. When we came in there were still hairs and food stains in the sheets. I took pictures from it which I do not have an option to put in the comments. However, we still stayed. I know this can still be rectified by the management.

Check in took over 30 minutes. My wife, our puppy and I finally get our room, get unpacked and settled a little bit then told the room they gave us is not pet friendly and we had to move. Onto the next room we go, pack everything up and move to another room. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Rooms were not clean at all. Was a horrible experience and will not be returning

Accès facile de l'autoroute 401, hébergement un peu vieillot mais très propre. Chambre comfortable avec un bon lit.

I do not like signing a contract stating I will not bring Dogs into the hotel, and then being woken by two different dogs in the building barking. No coffee maker in the building at all! Room was very cold.

Not a great experience overall, but the worst part was the stuff unprofessionalism…

Rooms need to be cleaned a bit better as our blankets were stained a bit and some garbage was left under the bed. Otherwise, it was good. Thank you
