Bed sheet was horrible. It looks like used one. The pillow cover has a lot of wrinkles. It can not be the replaced for new. It was the worst experience in my life.

The room, especially the bathroom, smelled like an ashtray, receptionist confirmed the smell which got worse over the stay. They tried to change the filter in the bathroom vent instead of stopping my room neighbor from smoking in his/her room. Unacceptable, i’ll never book this hote again

No cleaning at all, shower with no water pressure and quite standard/poor breakfast.

The employees with friendly the hotel was very clean and nice they just had bed bugs

We stayed here with the hope of letting our kiddos play in the pool after we had come down for a hockey game. The pool was not heated and so cold that we couldn’t comfortably and safely play in the pool. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, food was just ok.

Bugs in the room. lots of them!! tub clogged. Could not shower. Worst visit ever!

No matter what hotel I stay in the US, no matter the brand, almost 100% of them use paper, plastic and styro for their breakfast service. Also, paper and plastic cups in the rooms. The waste is staggering and frustrating as it's impossible to avoid without bringing your own table service. Other than that, our experience exceeded expectations. The staff was excellent--helpful and friendly, cleanliness was spot on, the room was very quiet, decor was pleasing, and the location served our needs very well.

I liked most everything, but the rooms need to update bedside tables to provide better charging stations for phones.

Room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was very good. We will stay there again.

The girl was very helpful upon checking in. I couldn't carry over a certain amount because of my arm(i tried and left it at front desk and told her i would come right back and get it). She delivered it to my room and with a bottle of water. Nice variety for breakfast and hot foods. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Best place to stay when visiting family in Livonia! Good rates, attentive staff, and great location.
