鎖和鑰匙精品飯店-杜克街(Lock and Key Boutique Hotel - Duke Street)

Hotellet var greit, men ikke mer. Vi er et godt voksent par og forventer to stoler på hotellrom. Det ble ordnet. Rommet lå i 3. etg. og var noe slitt. Smal trapp og ingen heis. Det som var verst var at det ikke var rømningsveier. Det som trakk det opp var personalet. De var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotellet lå sentralt til.

Vi bodde 3 netter, far og sønn (10). Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt og fint til, like ved "Liverpool One". Betjeningen var vennlige og hjelpsomme, og også renhold var veldig bra. Vi bodde på rommet i øverste etasje, og det er en bratt trapp opp dit, og ingen heis. Er man dårlig til beins bør man velge et annet hotell. Rommet var ganske lite og noe slitt. Dersom man er opptatt av beliggenhet er dette et veldig godt alternativ. Ønsker man heis, store rom og et moderne hotell bør man velge noe annet.

I had a phone call en route to say that we had been upgraded to a spacious room which I was obviously very pleased about! Unfortunately the room was quite a few staircases up with no lift and was located near the top of the building facing the very busy Duke Street. The noise was unbearable especially on the 2nd night with sirens, an alarm going off, bin men in the early hours collecting glass recycling, we didn’t get any sleep 😴 The room was very dark and needed lighting especially over the tea/coffee making area and mirror. The bathroom was small - a wet room and the floor and bath mat were soaked. The service and restaurant where we had our brunch were superb. We stayed in room 12.

Start to finish, exceptional. Never had such good and attentive service genuinely anywhere on earth. Definately will return. Great friendly staff, can't say anything bad. Loved it, loved the room, the staff and the whole experience.

Sorry, not worth the money. The room was very small, bathroom right next to the bed, small window with horrible view, no milk for tea and coffee, shower turned on and off during use. Nice decor, lovely staff, great location - overprice

Saturday stay in Liverpool - great loactaion, clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend staying - Q Park parking with 20% off if you book in advance. We will return!!

Excellent staff, good rooms that were clean, safe and everything worked well. No real noise. Drinks in bar good price. No real fault to find unless I’m playing the 4 in a bed tv show game.

Great hotel, in a good location right near L1 Lovely staff, clean room and good bar. I would definitely recommend!

Anya (I’m hoping that’s how you spell her name) on the front desk was very warm and welcoming and deserves the highest praise. Will definitely book again if I’m in Liverpool!
