Strange smell in the room… maybe because of the pets…no air flow. Even changed room but strange smell there too…the breakfast is ok.

Ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage. Die Dame an der Rezeption am An- und Abreisetag ging gar nicht. Sehr unfreundliche Erscheinung, die es nicht nötig hatte, uns zu begrüßen oder gar zu lächeln. Vielleicht sollte das Management des Hotels ihren Berufswunsch nochmals überdenken.

We booked and paid for a suite because we know we needed a bigger space for the family. However, we were given a standard room. The room was totally different from the pictures and didn't match the description; not to mention it could not fit our family. A cigarette smell came from AC. The free parking was first come, first served.

After checking in, I had discovered my refrigerator was not working and I explained it to the front desk staff and they assigned me a new room immediately. I was very pleased with how they handled it.

The only stairs to use are located outside the building. There are no internal stairs. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, waffle machine, or cereal.

My stay unfortunately was not a pleasant one. The air was on the blink the entire stay. The television did not work. There were roaches in my room. I contacted the front desk and reported the bugs. He stated it is probably time for inspection. Also he would ask for and adjustment to my bill. I also reported the mold around the corners of my bathtub. Maintenance who was very nice come to my room and rebooted the dish box, but it did not work so I didn’t bother calling again. I hope they have all these complaints fixed before the next customer comes. I definitely would not anyone to have this experience.

The hotel was busy, not very clean, and seemed understaffed. The reception person as was the shuttle driver. Service was sloe because they were stretched thin.

When a hotel advertises and bar and restaurant I expect and actual bar and restaurant! hours 5pm-10pm is stupid

The room was nice, our only problem was the lobby, it was way to packed after the bar opened and way to loud with people who were not guest of the motel, and the staff was rude and not at all helpful.

the best part was my service from checking in to my breakfast and best was the manager i sure will be back

MY STAY WAS GREAT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FOR THE WEATHER THE STAFF WAS GREAT ESPEACIALLY THE MANAGER WAS GREAT
