Was really impressed with the palace hotel. The grounds look stunning as we arrived. The hotels grand entrance was beautiful and the lady on reception was very welcoming. The decor throughout was amazing. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you could need, coffee, tea, iron, hairdryer etc. Lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

酒店的外型很漂亮 就是設施有些老了 離新月樓和聖安妮泉很近 步行5分鐘就可以到達 所以位置不錯 因為第二天要去峯區 所以選擇了住在這裏

Hotel was stunning. Room was spacious and beautiful. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Room was modern. Bathroom was spotless and clean. Reception staff were polite. Only disappointing comment is that even though we were staying at the hotel we still had to pay for parking which I think should be free if we are paying customers.

Great location. Within 5 mins walk to town centre, a shopping centre and the train station. Hotel feels and looks grand. Oddly situated and some non-functional powerpoints in the room. Pretty comfortable beds.

I asked the staff if they could clean the room however the staff informed me that I had to let th know the night before it if I needed the cleaning! How would I know my bathroom or toilet will be be cleaned the next day until I use them. I asked for a bottle of water and they have refused. Also I had stayed there for few times and never felt this disappointed. I will try not to stay there ever again

我們二月預訂了一間舒適的雙人房，住了兩晚。我們入住的第一間位於一樓的房間不太乾淨，看起來好像入住前沒人打掃過。前台人員很快就幫我們換了房間，現在好多了。飯店設施齊全，酒吧服務也不錯，泳池/健身房也不錯。唯一的缺點是桑拿房壞了。我們推薦這家酒店，因為它地理位置優越，公共區域和庭院都很漂亮。如果下次入住，我們會選擇價格更高、可以俯瞰飯店正面的房間。

糟糕的體驗。他們給我安排錯了房間，我提出來之後，工作人員直接說房間已經訂滿了，就直接打發我走了。預訂的時候要注意——他們用多張照片來描述同一個房間，實際入住的房間和照片完全不一樣。房間很小，維護得很差，沒有通風設備。更糟的是，房間裡沒有電話，所以遇到任何問題都得跑到前台。客戶服務完全沒有素質－根本不願意傾聽或解決問題。說實話，我寧願住在一家真正關心客人的小飯店，也不願在這裡浪費錢。

地理位置優越，歷史氛圍優美。外觀漂亮，房間也很棒（雖然不是每個人都如此）。 人手嚴重不足，以至於無論我願不願意，都得在外面吃飯喝酒，因為根本沒人提供午餐/飲料等等。 同樣，周圍也沒有人可以體驗水療。設施可能不錯，但誰也說不準。 員工整體來說很友善——但有一兩個人明顯不愛笑，而且很隨意。

酒店附近環境很好，離火車站非常近，距離好吃的幾個餐廳都超近，整個酒店很漂亮，但是房間太小了，空間利用率太剛好了，有點年代感的設施，不過體驗一下還是很不錯的。

雖然地理位置和建築整體來說都不錯，但我並不覺得值我們每晚170英鎊的價錢。臥室極為壓抑，床也很糟糕，枕頭硬得像磚頭，我們都能感覺到床墊的彈簧。此外，牆壁太薄了，我半夜被隔壁的人親熱的聲音吵醒。

我選擇這家是因為它的價格很合理:)，位於巴克斯頓鎮中心。飯店靠近餐廳、商店、火車站、公車站和漂亮的公園，距離 5 分鐘路程。服務很好。 停車費減 5 美分/天

Lovely hotel in a lovely setting. Very close to the attractions of buxton. Will definitely stay again !

Last min Saturday night trip. Great classic look hotel. Lovely entrance and staircase etc. standard room ok clean comfy etc. Room decor and furniture doesn’t match the hotel but for price worth it. Location fab right in town. £5 for parking well worth it. Didn’t use spa and pool.

Was woke up so many times throughout the night and I hat to put a towel on dirty sheets
