One guest room has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Other guest room a queen bed. Living room has a queen size pull out couch bed.Please note maximum capacity is a strict 10 people with no more than 5 vehicles. Violate any house rules and exceeding this number of guests at any time will result in eviction and a $1,000 charge whether there is damage or not.Any personal items left behind will be donated after 30 days if not claimed.
