Great breakfast & help desk, location is good just 5 min walk to train station, many good restaurants around the hotel.

Ein schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage , mit sehr freundlichen und bemühten Personal . Mein Mann wurde 60 und die Empfehlung der Rezeption war einmalig, vielen Dank nochmals ! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Frühstücksraum ne Wucht . Alles in allem ein top Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Hotel magnifico, muy bien situado si buscamos estar en el centro de la maravillosa Lisboa. Personal educado, atento, amable y formado. Edificio muy bonito, bien cuidado, las habitaciones y zonas comunes estaban impecablemente cuidadas y limpias. Desayuno muy bueno y muy bien atendido. Fuimos con nuestra mascota y ademas de cuidarnos y atendernos a nosotros tuvieron varios detalles maravillosos con Tico.

O hotel é parte da paisagem da Praça do Comércio, um dos cortões postais de Lisboa. As instalações são ótimas. Todos da recepção e portaria são ótimos. O quarto é bom. O banheiro é estranho, pois tem uma parede de vidro para o quarto. O serviço de uma maneira geral é muito bom. O café da manhã é excelente. A comida do restaurante é adequada.

Wow, wow, wow.. I don’t know where to begin. We are on our third day here at Pousada de Lisboa, which we booked through our travel agent at Spain Top. From the moment we entered our hotel we have been blown away by the impeccable service, central location, and wonderful amenities. We arrived early around 1pm and both of our rooms were ready. The receptionist staff was OUTSTANDING: They greeted us as if they’d been expecting us and made check-in an absolute breeze. They helped us plan out our day, which turned out to be fabulous. Both receptionists were beyond kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and in such a lovely setting. This afternoon we came back to the hotel for a rest and enjoyed delicious, complimentary tea service. After a siesta, I realized I had lost my sunglasses. I went downstairs to ask the receptionist and low and behold they had my sunglasses which housekeeping had found in the hallway and graciously returned. Also when I went to acquire an additional key, the receptionist didn’t need my room number or name because he already knew them.. This is the definition of a FIVE STAR hotel. I’m extremely selective and let me just say that this hotel has surpassed my expectations. If we return to Lisbon this is where we’ll be staying!! And by the way, the location cannot be beat! A+ hotel :)

Ein sehr kleines elegantes Hotel mit sehr sehr höflichem Personal . Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Zimmer sind sauber und angenehm leise obwohl wir zur Straßenseite raus wohnen. Das Restaurant wartet mit höflichem Personal auf bei denen man zu spüren bekommt das man willkommen ist . Sehr gerne kommen wir immer wieder.

Idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds. Le plus central. Dans un magnifique palais et ancien ministère. Nous sommes à 10 m’ à pieds de tous les lieux touristiques. Bus et tram direct à 100 m de l’hôtel pour Belém. Compter 30 mn de bus. Très belles prestations. Petites chambres par contre Les chambres avec balcon sur cour ne valent pas la peine.

I was requesting a full refund for the first night I stayed at the hotel. The room that I got was not as advertised for my booking, but also so noisy I couldn’t sleep at all while I was so tired after my traveling there from US. I wasn’t provided such an essential information that the a/c doesn’t work with an open window! It caused me a night of discomfort. I kept playing with the a/c switch and had to keep the window open because the room was too hot! And the noise from outside was so frustrating! I was confused, tired and in such a discomfort! It’s is supposed to be a five star hotel and I expect a 5 star excellence. Not delivered at all. I wrote several emails asking for a refund for that awful night and I got the final response that it will not be granted. I give them zero stars.

No quarto da pousada a equipe da mesma presentionos com uma agradável surpresa a minha esposa pois era o seu aniversário. Ao jantar no restaurante a minha esposa adorou a surpresa efectuada pelo funcionário Walter muito atencioso e sua equipe.
