阿爾提斯亞芬尼達飯店(Altis Avenida Hotel)

The location is perfect. The roof commands excellent view of Lisbon. However both the lobby , the corridor n common areas are too small. Breakfast ok. Only the location is 5 star. Others not more than 4

Hotel staff are very accommodating and nice to deal with, even as hotel lobby is very small and so are the rooms. If one has big luggages, they can hardly fit in a standard room.

I really enjoyed it and they gave me late checkout as requested.

The staff reception and busboys were all great very friendly and helpful and wonderful to interact with. That being said they were also the only upside to my stay here. I paid the high price assuming quality, cleanliness and professionalism and unfortunately received none. The shower bath area was so filthy that when I turned the shower on the floor fizzled with some nasty brown grey dirt gathering near the back. The room smelled. The toilette did not have a hygiene tag. The slippers were not the one time use ones so God knows what type of foot fungus lay waiting there. I could hear literally everything happening in the room next to be and above me. I dropped a bag with my car keys and called back asking if they had found it to only receive the response that they’d have to ask housekeeping the next day because apparently they don’t have a system where housekeeping reports things lost/found??? Anyway, location wise AMAZING would highly suggest. The doormen and ladies at reception were also amazing. Everything else disgusting.

My husband praised me on selecting this hotel (which doesn't happen often) we love the location, staff, breakfast, VIP benefit to a bottle of wine and upgrade the room to see the main street. Will definitely return if we visit Lisbon again which is highly possible to have all the good seafood dishes we had on this trip. : )

We spent one night here before our flight home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a corner room with several windows and the bathroom was quite large. Everything was very clean. The area immediately around the hotel was quite busy as it is a heavy tourist area but at night it was quiet and the room had black out shades (that lowered electronically!) I'm sorry we didn't get to spend more time as it is a lovely property.
